Dear Friend
Dear Friend
There was a time,
When I couldn't climb.
I couldn't speak, I couldn't share,
Because I thought nobody did care.
Then I found a friend so rare,
Who didn't had time to spare.
All I did was share,
And all you did was hear.
Bothered you with never ending questions,
You knew it was my expression,
There wasn't any wrong intention.
Soon it became my obsession,
To come out of the depression.
You told me, I could lean on,
So that I don't feel withdrawn.
I leaned on you,
Out of the blue.
Shared a bond so rare,
Which only we could dare.
When you wanted me to keep my mouth shut,
I became the pain in your butt.
Chattered all day and night,
When the things were not right.
My endless conversations,
Followed by temptations.
Made some complications,
That led to Fluctuations.
We fought like cats and dogs,
Even during our jobs.
You also made me upset,
With your rude texts.
For me your friendship became an asset,
But for you it was a threat.
Irrespective of all odds and ends,
We became good friends.
Even in the state of fuss,
The distance couldn't separate us.
