Hello and welcome back to the wonderful talk about DEPRESSION. Everyone in life has once faced it and most of the people are still facing it. "Depression" there is a meaning for it, if you google it up. But each person faces it differently and has their own meaning about it. If you ask me then depression means being sad for a long time, and it bothers other people around you. Everyone has different opinions about it. My opinion is that we face depression based on what has or is going on in your life.

Enough about this talk, why don't we try to see how we can cure it?

Now there is no exact cure for depression but maybe by talking to people, friends and family will can help but there is still that feeling where you just want to cry for no reason (and that happens to me a lot, almost every day even).

Now, when someone faces depression from which I have observed is that mainly when someone has gone through a tough time like maybe a fight at home or with friends, anything. I've also seen that people go into depression if they are disappointed with themselves either depending upon their grades or thinking about a mistake, they made but it doesn't matter anymore (in other words "overthinking for no reason")

There are many ways people show their depression and how they hide it. I personally just stay silent with a frown and even though I smile people around me always get to know (maybe because they know me as the happy, crazy person that's why it's unusual to see me quiet).
