Staring at the crystal clear morning sky her phone goes zzz..., without checking the caller ID she answered it as if she knew who it was.

"Hey Chris, how is your fresh new day? Are you at the campus right now?"

"Yeah mom, everything's fine.."

"Have any plans to make some cool friends unlike your school one's?" Her mom asked even though she know what the reply is gonna be.

" Not really"

That doesn't exactly mean she doesn't wanna get someone to be with her. She was kind of done with the friendship thing ever since high school. Doesn't really had a specific reason for that. As her experience says if someone gets close to her then its definitely gonna be for some help unlike her Maddy. She let out a sigh as if the whole world is against her and suddenly a flash of light get her to the past. She remembers one Friday, yeah that particular Friday night was not that forgettable for her.

Scrolling through the feed, she stopped for a moment as the notification pops up which says *Marie Standall commented on your post* she hurriedly tapped on it like it was someone who she was waiting for. But apparently she doesn't even knew who that was.

She considered school as a Rollercoaster, she's there enjoying the ride just because she already paid for the ticket and ofcourse cannot get out whenever she wanted to. And yeah she was not really into roller-coasters. She did good in school, maybe not the topper but enough to make her mom proud and maybe her dad too. She doesn't even remember how her dad looks like, only seen in blurry images as her eyes let out a whole pool flow whenever she saw his picture. And still she thinks that it was her who is the reason why her dad is not here or anywhere, she still believes that if herself, the four old girl hadn't cried that night for candy's, that truck wouldn't have hitted him, even though she had only heard that story from mom.

She is thankful to God for giving such a mom; The reason behind her heartbeat, the reason why she lives, though she have never thought of ending life or such crappy things. She had enough reasons to live. She wanted to live and make her mom proud.

Laying on stomach on her sweetest place in the whole universe;her bed,the comment was under a picture post that she posted about a week ago which said "Friendship is not just a word or some kind of liability. It is a silent promise that I was, I am and I will always be there for you" with her caption as "Unless you finds out that the whole promise was just for their time pass and well maybe be because i haven't experienced such kinda one"

She read the comment slightly feeling sleepy

"I agree with you bestie" Her thought randomly floated to a question that whether she knew this person before. After a few seconds when she was gonna ask the question, the one replied under the same comment " Well don't get confused, we dont know each other" She doesn't exactly know why she felt relaxed and kinda comfortable with this random stranger who just commented on her post. She refreshed the page.

"So are you an introvert?"

"Not really" she replied.

"Me neither"

"Or maybe i dont know what exactly i am"

"That's complicated but sounds cool"

"But it didn't meant to"

"Are you okay enough to share your name or at least where u r from?"

"Umm yeah I am Jane Crystal, 18, from CA"

"Oh Jane crystal, well you are having a good reputation in me lol"

"Maybe the same with you too"

"Don't you speak a little more casual?"

"Yeah yeah, Not that experienced in that too"

"In what?"

"Becoming more casual"

"Sounds funny"

"Sounds teasing" she texted back.

"Didn't meant to"

"Me neither"

"Lol"

"Haha"

They randomly texted a lot, sharing their favourites of favourites.

She felt kind of good talking to some strangers, and maybe wished to have someone like that

"Well can i call you Maddy?" She asked

"Thats sweet tho, haven't got any nicknames"

"And for you, Chris maybe?"

"Oh yeah! close ones call me the same"

"Close ones?"

"Well no boyfriend, meant my mom"

"Cool Okay Chris, whats your aim in life?"

"Nothing like that as of now, What about you?"

"Getting to NYU maybe"

"If that's considered as an aim then same here"

"Oh so probability of us meeting is high"

Everytime she refreshed the page; she received a pile of texts just as she wished. Her silly question seemed to mean something lot to her.

"Favourite colour?"

"Black, yours?"

"Yellow "

From every detail her Maddy seemed to be exact opposite of her but well going. She couldn't even think of a person who would text her all long 4-5 hours at midnight.

She texted her:

"Wishing to meet you"

"Same here, for sure!"

"Feeling excited"

"Because of?"

"Imagining us meeting"

"I didnt knew i could make someone excited and for these reasons"

"Maybe it meant lot me i think"

"Anyways same"

She could only figure out all these certain parts. She woke up late that day, couldn't able to attend her school classes. Just as she woke up, she checked her phone.Opened Facebook . Out of sudden, something doesnt seems well to her. Her post is still there, but the comments says 0. She checked her notifications, but nothing in the past, the last one was someone named Alexa who liked her post way long before. Was it dream? She questioned herself. She tried to remember exactly what happened last night. But was her Maddy just a dream? She didn't wanted it to be.

She doesn't even know whats her name is, she tried to search for a person named Marie Standall but no one turned out to be her Maddy. And she questioned herself why a random online stranger whom she met yesterday had such a strong hold on her. After all, was it a fantasy?

It was then someone hit her from back and she stepped forward which made her wake from her thoughts. She moved on to her class room wishing to meet someone named Marie Standall who is supposed to her Maddy out somewhere around there.
