The Stranger (Part-3)....

Meera is now feeling much better. She asked her mother Sara to take her to the hospital for having her check-up to get the fitness certificate from them so that she can join her duty. Sara took Meera to the hospital. Meera has to make the x-ray and then the doctor will check her. After the x-ray Meera got her turn for a check-up. The doctor saw the x-ray and checked Meera physically. Her stitch on head was removed. The doctor told Meera that it will take another week time for her fracture in the leg to recover. She has to have the crape bandage and take the medicine. The fitness certificate can be given after that.

Meera was a bit upset after listening to the doctor. She came home along with her mother Sara. Meera was thinking how to get the details of the vehicle, which had dashed her vehicle intentionally. She wants to know what should be the motive behind that. Then she called her best friend Sangeeta. Sara was observing Meera since he was discharged from the hospital. She is having her doubts that Meera is thinking something and hiding from her. Sara knew that Meera has the qualities of her father Manas and that's the reason she is afraid of that. After some time Sangeeta reached Meera's place. Sara got surprised to see Sangeeta as Meera had not told her about this. Sangeeta wished Sara and get into Meera's room. She hugged Meera and sat beside her bed. Sara came with some snacks and told Sangeeta to have it. She also told Sangeeta to take lunch with them. Sara gave a look at Meera and left the place.

Meera asked Sangeeta to lock the door from inside. Meera and Sangeeta had made several time work of a spy to know the real truth during their student life. When Meera told Sangeeta to lock the door, Sangeeta could smell about some investigative matter Meera wants to discuss with her. She locked the door and returned to her place. She looked at Meera to listen to her.

Meera started, "Sangeeta, while on that day I was going to your place the road was clear. There was no traffic during that time. As I was getting late, I increased the speed of my car and overtook another car. Suddenly I saw that big truck rushed towards me and dashed with my car. Before I could do anything that accident took place. I think that was not mere an accident, it was intentional. The police is saying there is no record of any vehicle during half an hour before or after of that time which had crossed the check post. But I saw that vehicle. Now I recalled the number of the vehicle. I think either the police is hiding something or the vehicle was somewhere near that place much before and waiting for the moment. We have to find out the details of the vehicle from RTO office. Now you think, how can we get the details. Then we will discuss our next action plan.

But till that time this should be within us only. You just think and let me show you the entire picture drawn by me of that accident."Meera went to the corner of her room and get that drawing to show to Sangeeta. Sangeeta was thinking about the ways to get the information's from the RTO. As Meera reached with the painting, Sangeeta smiled and said, "Hey, I got the idea. One of my cousins Ashis is working in RTO office. We can take his help. I will tell him that this vehicle was carrying a parcel for me and not received yet even after 25 days passed. I think he will help me."Then Meera gave a look of happiness and said, "That's good. I know you are always brilliant in our all investigative work. Now you look at this painting, which has all details. The vehicle with the number, the picture of the stranger, the picture of the angle in which that had dashed my car. Also the picture of the empty road with only one car just 8 to 9 yards behind my car. I couldn't say the number of that car.

Also, you can see the colours of all vehicles." Sangeeta looked at that painting. She noted the vehicle number. Then she said, "Here the driver driving that vehicle though had hidden his face with a cloth, his beard can be noticed. It seems he is of the age group of around 35 to 40 years and very tall with healthy figure."Meera nodded her head and said,"Yes, he might be a shardar ji as having a like scarf holding his hairs overhead.It's important now to find out the details of the vehicle first."Sangeeta said, "You are right. Hey, Meera the pic of The Stranger, who had rescued you with beared looks having some similarity with uncle."Meera replied,"Yes, Sangeeta that is also my feeling. That's the reason I want to know the details of the vehicle. Then we can find out whether that vehicle wanted to dash the car of The Stranger or mine. Because I overtook that vehicle."

Now Sangeeta could understand the reasons for knowing the details of that vehicle. She made a call to her cousin Ashish to know whether he is available in his office or not. Ashis replied from the other side that he is there. Then Sageeta gave him the time to meet him in his office.

Then Sara knocked on the door. Sangeeta opened it. Meera kept the painting at its place and joined Sangeeta. Sara asked them to come and join for lunch. They went after Sara. Sangeeta saw Rima and hugged her. They had little chat about her study. After finishing the lunch Sangeeta left for the RTO office to meet Ashis.

Meera returned to her room. She was feeling very confident to succeed in her investigation as Sangeeta, her friend and partner in all the investigating work has joined her. She had a smile of the winner on her face and stretched herself on the bed waiting for the good news from Sangeeta.
