Natural Family Planning

While I was newly married my late grandmother (paternal)had advised my wife to practicalize a natural process of family planning by using Betel leaf and stems as mentioned below. She had followed this process and as a result of which she was a mother of only two sons, one daughter.

At first, some betel leaves and some betel stems should be collected. Then this stuff should be dried in the sun and should be ground properly and thrust into the vagina during the menstrual period under the fastened sanitary pad. After completion of the period, the couple can continue their conjugal relation safely without the risk of conception.

Another process is that some fresh betel leaves should be collected and these leaves instantly should be inserted into the vagina. Then sanitary pad must be used during the menstrual period. This process must be continued until the days end of the period. Then women must be free of danger of conception.

Alternatively one can use fresh betel leaves instead of sunned betel leaves which can be a ready-made keeping in view of the busiest modern atmosphere of the world. 

The process mentioned above has not been experimented with by my better half. Just the advice of my granny is to be communicated to our FB pals for their information and necessary experiment i.e. optional.
