A New Dawn And A New Nation

At last, There it remain steadfast, the new built university, on the banks of redquarts river. 

The influence of the university was so great that almost every village chief from all over Viyeshak were visiting scholars to consult about their day to day problems , from irrigation to masonry and everything which a person related to agriculture and trade might ask.

And hence to reconcile these requests, the public university of Viyeshak for the first time introduced the three technical councils, it was a great source for apprentices to practice their practical knowledge while the solution they proposed greatly helped the people of Viyeshak. 

Who could have thought that these barren lands on day might become the foundation of the greatest university and the first scholarly nation on Ishkvak. 

The way university and the scholars handled the miseries of the natives, it was so efficient that the new farmers won against all the odds of agriculture and they were blessed with a harvest two fold higher than normal.

It was then people of Viyshak in conclusion were cognizant of what the university and scholars were doing is actually the things a ruler should do, and they would gladly accept them as their new lord,

They eventually proposed for a foundation of new city state and to accept the Scholars of the university and the leader of the scholars as their new king.

The humble scholars declined their proposal, 

Although they were grateful for the compassion and trust they received from natives,they just couldn't forget their past with politics.

the scholars who were declared fugitives due to church and monarchy, it was just unacceptable for them to become what they hate the most, though they didn't not hate the late emperor but they despised the three dukes who backstabbed the empire. Hence, in their mind, politics is something that they should avoid.

The several rounds of meetings held between the native and the university for a foundation of a new country, and thus a very unique term as an answer was revealed as a new reform of ruling structure, never heard before by anyone nor applied anywhere, 

The rule of knowledge and curiosity, which denies the inheritance and background of any lineage and house, which grants even peasants to be learned and literate, where only the deserved and devoted becomes the ruling pillar, as such were the promise were written down on parchment of declaration for Viyeshak

A grand festival was organised that day and at the end of the feast, finally the grand scholar introduced the idea of a new country in front of all the natives gathered for the feast, at the end of the feast the leader of scholar finally stood on the stage and delivered his declaration of sovereign Viyeshak and read out in front of the gathering.

" HEAR YE, HEAR YE, KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS, MY GREETINGS TO YOU ALL", 

TO INITIATE OUR  PROCLAIM OF SOVEREIGNTY, I, WITH ALL WITNESS WHO STAND BEFORE ME, HEREBY DECLARE THE FOUNDATION OF THE COUNTRY OF VIYESHAK, AND THE TOWN HOSTING THE UNIVERTY SHALL BE THE FOUNDING CAPITAL, THE LAST REFUGE OF SCHOLARS, THE FORTRESS OF KNOWLEDGR AND CURIOSITY, THUS WILL BE KNOWN BY THE NAME OF -CITADEL SAVOIR.

THE COUNTRY OF VIYESHAK SHALL NOT PASS TITLE OF THE HOUSE, SHALL NOT GRANT PASSAGE OF THE INHERENT TITTLES OR LINEAGE, SHALL NEITHER HAVE A KING NOR ANY EMPEROR OR ANY ARISTOCRACY, NOR IT WILL BE THE CITY REPUBLIC, WILL ONLY GRANT HOUNARY NAMES OF POST, ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS, WHO HAS THE CAPABILITY, SHALL RISE FOR RULING PILLAR OF COUNTRY, AND MUST THE POWER OF RULE BE SHARED, AND HENCE I DECLARED THE FIRST IN THE WORLD, THE TECHNOCRACY, 

THE GOVERNANCE TO HONOUR THE DESERVE AND DEVOTED, AND THUS, AT THE HOUR PAST MIDNIGHT OF THIS DAY AND THE DAY WHICH COMES, THE MONTH OF SPRING, THE FIRST YEAR  OF SOVERIGN VIYESHAK, NOW THE TIME BEGINS WHEN WE SHALL REEDEM OUR PLEDGE, FOR A NEW SUNRISE, THE FRIST DAY OF OF TECHNORACTIC FEDERATION OF VIYESHAK, MAY THIS COUNTRY WITNESS THE BRILLIANT AND GLORIOUS FUTURE, FOR THIS GENERATION, AND FOR MANY MORE TO COME, MAY IT STAND AGAINST ALL ODDS AND RISE FOR PROSPEREITY TO FLOURISH THROUGH THE MINDS OF YOUNG BRILLIANT PEOPLE, FOR THEY SHALL SERVE WITH THEIR GREAT AQUISTION OF KNOWLEDGE. FOR THE DEITIES, IF THEY EXIST IN HEAVEN, MAY THEY BE THE WITNESS OF THIS GLORIOUS DAY AND WATCH OVER OUR KINS FOR THIS DAY AND MANY MORE TO COME "

The hoards of crowd, thus cherishing the enchanting moment, filled the air with roar of slogans to praise the newborn state, the barrels of mead and ale poured in mugs through whole night, amidst the cold breeze in the night, the banquet area was filled with white haze from laughter and gathering of the people, such was the glorious day when the Viyeshak was found. 

It is indeed the nature of fate to play fowl plays now and then, and there was no exception for Viyeshak.

It has been already ready 2 months from that auspicious day, a tragic incident happened, the grand leader of scholar passed away due to old age and fatigue. All the people in Viyeshak mourned his death and made a decorative burial tomb for him in university's premise and his speech was carved on the burial tomb that he addressed on the day when viyeshak was found.

For human kind who never forget to move on. Or may I say that they do not have much choice except moving on and continue their journey even if it means leaving the dead one's behind. 

Even if the grand scholar has parted away his path from the world of iskvak, He already full filled his duty, oh! How blessed he was, to be the one who will be remembered as one of the greatest minds that laid foundation of Viyeshak.

And hence his disciples must not let his soul regret in the heavens and thus they moved on, like all of us do.

After the mourning period of 3 days, 

The next day was more busy than usual, as this auspicious day were to be remembered for the formation of interim government of Viyeshak, like mentioned in the speech of declaration, the interim government, thus ran on trial of three constitutional council, the councils thus researched the moral values and customs to form law and order for the country, the form of government is indeed technocratic in nature, the forth council which compromised of Constabulary order and military was established as a solution for the internal and external security of the country. And thus the first regiment of techno troopers was formed by the people's militia and members of the interim government with knowledge of warfare and strategy as commanding officers. 

The interim government stayed in the ruling power for 1 year and 3 months and 13 days until the finalised constitution of Viyeshak was ready to be applied to the whole country,

 The interim government was dissolved after the first republic day of viyeshak and the four councils of Viyeshak officially took hold on federation as the ruling pillars of the country,

In the beginning there were many occasions when non agreement and stalemates between councils delayed many projects. Similarly to the case of recruitment examinations.

To solve the matter, two separate, independent institutions were established, the chamber of constitutional Judiciary and legal advisory was founded to provide legal advisories and solve disputes between the four councils.

 

The second is the Technocratic entrance and Recruitment Examination committee (TEREC) Which is responsible for the recruitment exams that is compulsory to attend in Viyeshak to get into university.

The selected candidates thus eligible to study in university of citadel savoir. 

 After graduation, the selected candidates are required to do research in their respective fields and become scholar by establishing new discoveries and technological advancement, only after that, they can be recruited as the member of ruling councils. 

And this way, since the fall of the late empire of Elenore, the technocratic federation of Viyeshak came a long way and emerged as new sovereign regime and the hope for the natives,

viyeshak thus prospered with incoming trade and 

The capital of citadel savoir got busy with bustling flow of public merchants and peddlers, and the Treasury thus flourished with large amount of gold gillards from taxes, which in turns elevated the public's living standard, even though,Viyeshak is way too far from mainland cities, its flourished due to the special agriculture tool, the glass work and the high quality of metallurgical advancements, but the main commercial harvest for Viyeshak is the water wheel, 

 The demand for water wheels are always ever high, one can say that the water wheels are the golden cash cow for Viyeshak. 

The merchants, the landlord nobles and farm owners of large cultivating lands flocked towards Viyeshak to buy this simple but Revolutionary agriculture tool,

In fact, it was very surprising that this newly flourished nation, became much more prosperous than expected in terms of economy and living conditions in a very short period of time, The vaults in the treasury of the citadel were already piled up with stacks of gold. 

To handle the situation pertaining the pilling gold gillards, 

The four councils in their joint meeting decided that the incoming flow of capital is suitable for sustaining long term projects and thus they don't need to hold back any more, the decision was made to use the amount to fully develop the sanitation and Infrastructure for Viyeshak, specially the expansion of university and the fortification of capital with walls. 

But then, Perhaps this gold, this precious metal, with its charm and shine, who knows if it has been inflicted with this strange curse by the deity of greed and pillage, wherever it is piled up, it attracts unnecessary attention of mankind, it is indeed cursed, since it attracts so much greed, 

Wherever there is gold, there is greed, and with greed come bloodshed and war…….
