My Mother’s Tears Of Joy!

When I was a little girl, I usually spent my time sitting on the terrace, looking at jets passing by and pondering how they could fly, I was extremely inspired by them. Being the only daughter o my poverty-stricken parents, I broke the news to my parents, “I want to become a pilot!” My mom spoke up, “Are you mad? Are you in your senses? No girl from our family ever became a pilot! Do you know what you are saying!?” My father wanted me become a doctor, but had my own dreams and aspirations! After graduation, I took courses to become a pilot. It was a burdensome training, still I over-worked. My euphoria was out of bounds when my parents also supported me, they sacrificed much to set me for flying. The first time when they set me for flying, my mother started to cry, tears of fear started to fall! On the day, when I became the captain, my mom again cried and they were the tears of joy!
