Just Let Them Be.... Children...

Do as I say....listen to me... Don't argue... study, come first always...life is a competition... don't play too much under the sun, puddles, mud, rains, follow a timetable, listen to me...... you useless.... say the adults.....

Am I am a jinn of Alladin's lamp, who says your wish is my command......or am I a programmed robot ....who will follow all the instructions .... will do, nod and behave to please the adults....as fed in the system....????is what a child thinks in a confused state of mind...

Children... childhood, an amazing journey... before we turn into young adults...Run, jump, hop, skip, slide, be muddy, messy and wild...play..... play and play is the only thing borne in innocent minds.. far from the awareness of being perfect, disciplined, timetabled .....scheduled!!!

But is this the reality?... really...are we allowing children to let them be what they are... Our expectations are soaring high.... from these little bundles of energy...A compulsorily harsh imposition of our attitude on these tender flowers...

We as parents are concerned about their security, wellbeing, and progress and so is it the fact that well-structured childhood yields concrete adulthood.....yet somewhere we are also insecure about their parameters of being successful and meet daily deadlines. .. ..... in which we become so importantly indulgent that rather than communication, compassion, and understanding..we start commanding, yelling, and taking things out of control...

We really love, protect have care, and concern for our children we too get the reciprocation which is but natural... as adults we too are exhausted with responsibilities, struggles, and worldly affairs....yet ....we want our kids to be happy, contended....even so... subconsciously tend to do the policing into their freedom..... and trying to make them finish and triumph the race of achievements ... which we failed or left amid.

We rather want to enforce and decorate the child with world's applause and weigh their skills via medals, trophies, degrees, and certificates... which we could never make it to...Our unfulfilled dreams are burdened, loaded, and plodded on soft miniature shoulders...

Children are just don't fall soft prey to abuse, ridicule, comparisons, bullying frustrations, ignorance .... but also helicoptering, dictating... we express as adults...

Just let them be...... children...
