Soham boards the train and keeps his bag on his seat reserved and settles down by the window side and looks outside view of scenic beauty. After two stations passed a good-looking woman enters the coach. She puts her luggage and settles down fast on the seat reserved for her. When she sees Soham, he smiles and she smiles back. Soham notices her every move. She is a gorgeous woman, maybe in her late twenties with dark blue and her smile increases her beauty. She sits quietly and gets busy on her phone. Soham feels eager to talk to her. He is always fond of beautiful, smart women although he is in late thirties and still unmarried. Moreover, he believes that he is man who can impress any woman. He begins the conversation and asks, are you fond of deep ocean? She asks why? because after looking into your eyes I have started liking, he replies. She laughs at Soham’s cheesy talks and their conversation grew. During their talk she tells her name as Rebecca. Station after Station passed and they develop good bonding. They share food, smile, talk and exchange their phone numbers.

Finally, Soham reached his station. He tells her that he is going to stay in an outhouse of a company in beautiful city, Darjeeling. She also tells that she is an interior designer and has come to design a resort. After few days, Soham calls her and asks her to meet him. They keep on meeting for many days and one day Rebecca asks Soham, do you believe in three magical words? ‘I love you’. He laughs and says that I am a womaniser and I am still unmarried because it is difficult for me to spend more than one night with a same woman. So, you are only interested in one night stand. She says No, sometimes more than one night stand. When I was seventeen years old, I met a girl who was fifteen or sixteen. I had a bet with my friends and mixed alcohol in her drink and you know I enjoyed with her. He laughs. Rebecca asks, were you ever caught? Of course not. In parties’ there are many guys and it is difficult to find the one and the vulnerable girl will do nothing. Her verdict is to keep mum. She sees Soham with a cunning smile. So, you are a lucky man. Yes, I am and he laughs again. But this time with you I feel it is more than flirt. You are a person who can shape my life in a better way and says, ‘I will wait for your answer’.

Next Morning, his room bell rings and police arrives to arrest him to his shock. While going to the court he died in a road accident and the newspaper headline becomes. ‘WHAT A VERDICT’ a man tries to jump and escape from the case which a girl filed against him whom he raped in her teens.
