Swimming

Hi, I like to swim with my friends. But also Swimming is my favorite Hobby. My second Favourite hobby is running Me and my brother hobby is swimming. swimming is the best thing ever that both of us like. We both are in the Advance batch we do a lot of dry land exercises before starting swimming. We are asked to maintain a diet chart where we eat a lot of protein-rich food. Every day we swim at least 4km, we go swimming in the morning and evening. Weekly once we play in the pool and we all enjoy it a lot. We are preparing for the competition I wish we get selected for it. I am so happy that my parents are very much encouraging, mom spends a lot of time with us she takes us to the pool she prepares a lot of protein-rich food daily to keep us fit. We love our mom she has been sacrificing a lot of things for ur. Hope we win and get a medal in swimming which is our dream.
