Sir Charlie Chaplin

It is said that " It is easy to bring tears in someone's eyes but difficult to make someone laugh. " 

Laughing is a good exercise for our mouth as well as good for our health especially mental health , as it drives away stress and fatigue . But very few people really can apply this in their routine , as comedy is difficult , and making sense out of it is even more difficult .

Comedy is about timing , about using correct words for what you think and how you express it in words . It requires quickness , spontaneity and intelligence . Once a person gets the mastery of it then it comes naturally .

Many TV serials and many comedians are there in India and worldwide . I remember one comedy show by " Jaspal Bhatti ' , where he used very simple and day - to - day of experiences that creates comedy . So it was quite real and not exaggerated . 

Also, there are movies like " Golmaal " both the old one and the new one are quite entertaining . TV serials like " Tarak Mehta ka ulta chashma " , office - office and many more are quite good and entertaining . And in recent times " The Kapil Sharma show " all are good and appreciated by the audience .

Comedy or laughing should not be on any individual , or making jokes or targeting someone , or commenting on personal things or making fun of someone . Or not by teasing someone , or talking or saying something that can make others laugh but can hurt the person on whom it is said . Mimicry or imitation also can be a part of comedy because it can make others laugh .

But the most difficult one is creating comedy by not saying a single word, silent comedy , only the action by which a comedian communicate with his viewers and make them laugh to such an extent that they have to stand up or get up from their seat , or even laughing to such an extent that it becomes unbearable , is possible only in a rare individual comedians case . And one and only , if i say then it may not be wrong that it was only in case of the king of comedy " Sir Charlie Chaplin " .

His appearance , his hat , shoes , dressing style , his half mustache , and that stick in his hand , which he used to use for his comedy , everything was unique and the best . 

Born in London in 1889 , in a family where his father and mother both were from the Music , acting field . But due to the early death of his father and the illness of his mother , he and his younger brother had to start working at a very early age . Barely at the age of 10- 12 , Charlie started working as a comedian in stage shows programs .

One more thing here is important is that even if they are sad , in difficult times , comedians have to hide their real emotions and perform the comedy and make others laugh and smile . It is a very difficult task indeed . 

There was nobody like Charlie , and nobody will be ever like him . By just action and moving the stick in a manner that used to tell a lot and was enough for making solid comedy and makes others laugh till they have pain in their stomach or they had to hold their stomach because of too much laughing  . Also, Charlie was very fast and quick in his moves , which was his art and perfect timings .

Eventually , he moved to America and did many stage shows and films . Many filmmakers and production houses signed him and he became a name , famous identity and now for future generations , he is an institution . Everyone wants to copy him , Want to be like him .

I and all of us admire Charlie Chaplin . Amongst his films and plays he acted were ,  "The floorwalker", " The fireman ": The Count", " The Pawnshop ", " Behind the Screen ", " The Rink ", " Easy Street " and many more are his greatest productions . 

He also became a producer as he wanted independence , freedom , and greater leisure... He is an inspiration and an example in his professional and personal life .

A series of his comedy programs were also shown on TV as serial episodes which were very funny and memorable and full of comedy and laughter .

There can only be one " Charlie Chaplin " the great human being and a great comedian . We feel fortunate to watch such great people and their work on screen .
