Apple - The Unsung Hero!

A sunny and a free Sunday it was. The ribbons of the Sun were falling on Cathy's "Little Women" as she was seated on the misty green grass under the tree. Everything around her was peaceful and there was no sound except the satisfying rustling of leaves, chirping of birds and fluttering of pages. Suddenly, an apple falls on the grass. Ouch! She stood up and examined it. An apple. Whoa, in the wizarding world, she had never ever seen such a thing. She took it in her hands and stared at it for about five minutes when out of nowhere she hears a voice. An ear piercing voice. Who was there? She was about to whoosh when she hears, "Ammm an Applee". What? Do apples also speak? It was certain that she was about to faint then and there. But, at the same time, the apple wonders, "Hasn't she heard o' me? Maybe not. Well, let me tell Cathy who I am." The garden turned itself into a big wide screen and in 3, 2, 1..... FLASHBACK! Cathy went round and round and round in a holographic circle and suddenly, she falls on some grass. 

She was in 1687. Sir Isaac Newton. Seated under a tree, just like Cathy, unaware that he was going to discover "Gravity" in a couple of minutes. What was more surprising than his discovery? The unsung hero- Apple! Newton discovered Gravity when he saw a falling apple while thinking about the forces of nature. So, along with sir Newton, the Apple is also to be thanked.

Cathy stood there, awe-struck, certain that Gravity would not have been discovered in 1687 if the Apple had not reached the ground."AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Again, she went round and round till she reached somewhere in ummmmm..."Now, we are in 1987." Shrieked the same ear- peircing sound- the apple's voice.

Apple- Ipads, Iphones, Ipods and you get it. One of the most expensive brands of all time. People link Apple= Money. Why? Because a person with an Apple in hand is said to be rich, as believed. Oh, I mean Apple phones. This brand is so renowned that you have to search "Apple Fruit" to know about the red, glistening fruit that fell on Cathy. According to Steve Jobs' biography, the name was conceived by him after he returned from apple farm. He apparently thought the name sounded “fun, spirited and not intimidating.” Hey, Mr. Apple just got appreciated by Steve Jobs. Isn't that something? Well then, not only Steve Jobs, but also the apple has proved itself to be a hero.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Her Apple IPad.. she had never thought of that! And again, she went in a circle, and at this point of time she was feeling dizzy, but excited for more.

Hey, now let us go a little back in time, 1937.A fair girl, white like Snow, quite famous- I mean Snow White! I am pretty sure that you have actually read about her or seen her in a movie. Whoa. I'd not like to ruin the surprise if you haven't read or seen her in a film, but again the apple left a mark when he became a crucial aspect to the story by poisoning our princess! He's not that evil though. But well, apple, you are definitely an unsung hero.

No, no, no. This could not happen. Snow White? Whoa!

The screen closed on its own and Cathy's mouth was wide open. Her jaws were in her hands."I am right in front of a celebrity!" She murmurs. Yes, she was.

Hence proved, Apple- The Unsung Hero.
