Daughter of Nature

Sophia- A beautiful, kind hearted girl. She was sweet and always ready to help. She was a true pure soul. But as we all know nice people suffer the most. She had a traumatising childhood. Her equation with her parents was miserable. Her mother even slut shamed her because she had male friends. Sophia would suffer silently and never let a soul know what she went through. 

One day she was alone in her house and went to the garden. She saw blooming flowers and was mesmerized. She talked to them and welcomed them in the world. She said " Hey dear, welcome, as you're new here I'll help you with the difficulties and water you daily." She continued to talk to other plants and trees and felt a connection. She felt as if finally she can call her garden her home. Home- A place you find comfort in. She found her comfort in the leaves, trees, blooming flowers, buds. She felt that they were her family. She finally had a family.

And surprisingly whenever she felt upset she went in the garden to vent and it rained. As if mother nature was empathizing with her. Whenever she felt happy she went to garden and hugged all the plants and trees and the leaves tickled her. She even started sleeping in the garden and not one insect dared to bite her. She had a feeling that mother nature is protecting and nourishing her. 

Then she grew up. And as a career she opted for social services. She helped the poor, she planted trees, she did campaigns on stopping global warming, she made her mother nature proud of herself. And when she got married she planned her wedding in cherry blossom season. And when she and her husband were declared husband and wife, the flowers were showered on them by the trees themselves as her mother was blessing her.
