Soulmates

Suhani, a normal school girl, who had a crush in her school "Avihan". He was not a popular handsome guy instead he was in the rowdy group of the class. But suhani was head over heels in love with him. Atleast she thought that because we all know how having a crush feels like we all have gone through that phase of life. 

Suhani had a best friend Anchal. She shared everything with her. She was the one Suhani trusted the most. And Anchal was a very good friend indeed, she always had Suhani's back. But one day Suhani called Anchal and said she wanted to tell her something. Anchal didn't know about Suhani's crush because she was on a vacation and hadn't returned yet. 

When Anchal returned, Suhani was all happy and straight away went to her house to meet her. She hugged her and both of them did their special handshake. And Suhani had to tell her about the big news she had. Suhani said "Annu I have a boyfriend!!". Anchal was surprised. She replied "Who is he? Where did you guys meet? What does he look like? I want to know everything!!". Suhani told her that she had a crush on a guy and in a game of truth and dare she proposed him and the chemistry between them started building. And now finally they were a couple. "Okay but what's his name?" Anchal questioned. "Avihan!" Suhani replied. That name was familiar to Anchal.

Avihan was Anchal's crush too. She never told anyone because he was the rowdy of the class. But she loved him too just like her best friend (who was now becoming an enemy in her life).  

Anchal started getting jealous of Suhani and she plotted against her best friend. She spread false rumours about Suhani and did everything she could to sabotage her image. But one day, Ruhaan told Avihan that Anchal is the one spreading rumours about Suhani because Anchal told Ruhaan's girlfriend that she liked Avihan but Suhani stole him. Avihan told Suhani and she was shocked. She could feel the pain of getting stabbed in the back by her own best friend. She broke down. Avihan comforted her. And they both together confronted Anchal and broke all the relations with her. 

Suhani only had Avihan's support at her lowest. And she thought that she'll do everything in her power to return the favour. Favour? Are there any favours in love? No right. But Avihan was making her feel like it is. As time passed, Avihan started controlling her life. She was caged but she could not do anything because he always made her feel like she is his peasant because she had the burden of his favours. She wanted to leave him, he was getting on her nerves day by day.  

One day he crossed all his limits. He and Suhani had a fight and he pushed her. Her head hit the wall. And she couldn't move. She didn't say a word. Her past was triggered. Her mom used to hit her day and night. She came angry from work and used to take her anger out on her daughter. Suhani just said that she couldn't stay with him anymore and went with a bleeding forehead. 

Tears were rolling down her eyes but there was no expression on her face. And suddenly she heard "Suhani, Suhani are you okay? What happened?". It was Uday, he loved Suhani since forever but could never confess it. He came running towards her. And Suhani hugged him tight. She said "Why me? Why am I the most hated person? Am I that bad?" and she started crying. He comforted her told her she is the best and everyone's jealous of how good she was in everything. 

Uday became Suhani's best friend because he never forced her to love him and he didn't want to take advantage of Suhani poor condition to win her heart. 

As time passed, Suhani started to feel that only Uday can make her heart and mind relax. Only he could calm her her down. She felt safe around him and confessed all of this to him. She said "You are the one. You are the only one I need 24/7. You are my person. I'm damn sure." Those were the words of her heart and not a teenage mind. She knew he was her person. And he knew she was his girl long ago. They were meant to be. They were soulmates.
