Crores of countrymen fought for their freedom in this war. Ate sticks. Suffered difficulties, but never let the country bow down. At the age when people dream of settling down, at that age the youth took bullets on the chest.

The country will complete 75 years of its independence on this 15th August. This is the nectar festival of freedom. The country was liberated from the clutches of the British on 15 August 1947 after fighting for almost 100 years.

Crores of countrymen fought for their freedom in this war. Ate sticks. Suffered difficulties, but never let the country bow down. At the age when people dream of settling down, at that age the youth took bullets on the chest. Many happily sacrificed their entire lives in the name of the country. Today we will tell the story of five such young freedom fighters, who sacrificed their lives for the country at a very young age.

Mangal Pandey: Born in Nagwa village of Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, Mangal Pandey is the first hero of the freedom struggle. Mangal Pandey's father's name was Diwakar Pandey and mother's name was Abhay Rani. It is about the year 1849. Then Mangal was only 22 years old. At that time he joined the army of the British East India Company. Mangal was a soldier in the 34th Bengal Native Infantry in the cantonment of Barrackpore, West Bengal.

Here new cartridges for rifles containing cow and pig fat began to be used. Due to this, resentment increased between Hindu and Muslim soldiers. On February 9, 1857, Mangal Pandey refused to use the new cartridges made from cow and pig fat. The British government considered this as indiscipline.

On March 29, 1857, British officer Major Hewson started snatching his rifle from Mangal Pandey. During this Mangal Pandey killed Husson. Apart from this, the British officer Lieutenant Bob was also killed. With this, Mangal Pandey started a war against the British. Mangal Pandey was hanged on April 8, 1857 at the age of just 30 for killing the British. Shortly after the death of Mangal Pandey, the first freedom struggle started. Which is called the Revolt of 1857.

Bhagat Singh: It is a matter of 28 September 1907. Born in Banga, Lyallpur district of Punjab, the son of Kishan Singh and Vidyavati. Both named the son Bhagat. This is the same Bhagat Singh, who happily went to the gallows at the age of just 23 for the freedom of the country.

The Jallianwala Bagh massacre had a great impact on Bhagat Singh's life. After this, he left the studies of the National College of Lahore and started Naujawan Bharat Sabha and jumped into the freedom struggle. When Mahatma Gandhi did not support the villagers in the Chauri Chaura incident in 1922, Bhagat Singh was disappointed. Then he joined Chandrashekhar Azad's Gadar Dal.

After this, Bhagat Singh was enraged when four revolutionaries including Ram Prasad Bismil were hanged and 16 were sentenced to life imprisonment in the Kakori incident. He then renamed Chandrashekhar Azad's Hindustan Republican Association as the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. Its purpose was to prepare new youth for independence.

Bhagat Singh, along with Rajguru, killed English officer JP Saunders, who was Assistant Superintendent of Police in Lahore in 1928. After this, Bhagat Singh, along with revolutionary Batukeshwar Dutt, shouted revolutionary slogans while throwing bombs in the auditorium of the then Central Assembly of British India located in New Delhi. Along with this, pamphlets for independence were also waved. After doing this, Bhagat Singh did not run away, rather he was arrested. He was tried for the 'Lahore Conspiracy' and on the night of March 23, 1931, he was hanged by the British government. At that time he was only 23 years old.

Chandrashekhar Azad:  Chandrashekhar Azad was born on 23 July 1906 in Bhabra, Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh. His full name was Chandrashekhar Tiwari. People used to call him Azad as well. Father's name was Sitaram Tiwari and mother's name was Jagrani Devi. At the age of 14, Azad came to Banaras from Madhya Pradesh. Studied in a Sanskrit school here. It was here that he also contributed to the law breaking movement.

Azad joined Gandhiji's non-cooperation movement in 1920-21. Later took revolutionary decisions by himself. Kakori train incident in 1926, then attempt to blow up the Viceroy's train, fired at Saunders in 1928 to avenge the death of Lala Lajpat Rai.

Azad had also formed the Hindustan Samajwadi Prajatantra Sabha. When he went to jail, he mentioned his name as 'Azad', father's name as 'Swatantrata' and his residence as 'Jail'. On 27 February 1931, he was talking to his fellow revolutionary at Alfred Park in Prayagraj. Meanwhile, CID's SSP Not Babar arrived in a jeep. He was accompanied by a large police force. Someone had informed Chandrashekhar Azad.

Azad was surrounded from all sides. Then Azad fired. Three policemen were killed in this. When only one bullet was left with Azad, instead of dying at the hands of the British, he thought it better to embrace death by himself. Azad shot himself and became a martyr. He was 25 years old when he was martyred.

Rajguru: Rajguru's name is also among the young revolutionaries who were hanged laughingly. Rajguru was born on 24 August 1908 in Kheda village of Pune. His full name was Shivram Hari Rajguru. When Rajguru was six years old, his father passed away. After this Rajguru reached Varanasi to study Sanskrit. Here he joined Chandrashekhar Azad's Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. Rajguru was also involved in the murder of British officer Saunders. Rajguru also took part in blasting bombs in the assembly. On 23 March 1931, at the age of 23, Rajguru was also hanged along with Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev.

Sukhdev: Sukhdev Thapar was born on 15 May 1907 in Ludhiana city of Punjab. Sukhdev's father was Ramlal Thapar and mother was Ralli Devi. Sukhdev's father died three months before his birth. After this he was brought up by his uncle Achintram. Sukhdev was greatly influenced by Lala Lajpat Rai. It was through him that he joined Chandrashekhar Azad's team.

When Chandrashekhar made a plan to avenge the death of Lala Lajpat Rai, Sukhdev also joined him. He killed English officer Saunders. Even while in jail, Sukhdev had launched a movement against the treatment being meted out to political prisoners. Sukhdev was also hanged along with Bhagat Singh, Rajguru on 23 March 1931. At the time of hanging, Sukhdev's age was also only 23 years.

Like the freedom fighters who fought for our freedom, due to which we got freedom today and finally what Gandhiji did, due to which our country got freedom, I am proud of all these. Freedom is everyone's right.

But even today our country has not got freedom, that is because of superstitions and bad practices, our women still yearn for freedom. There are Chaudhary family who are from Bihar, where do they go that Bihar has a lot of popularity, it is very high in the whole world but the people of Bihar have a lot of faith in all these, now I say that Bihar has come even today. And always Bihar was at the forefront of thinking. This thinking of the people was wrong Bihar or not Bihar did not say that you should keep your women as prisoners Bihar did not say that daughters should be killed before birth Bihar doesn't say anything, the people there say that all these practices are of the people, if the name of a place like Bihar gets spoiled. The Chaudhary family always put their children ahead in education, but the whole thinking towards their daughters was different. He believed that women should not go outside the house, it is necessary for women to stay at home.A woman is made for household chores, not for going out, she is not allowed to talk to anyone, everything is banned. I had said in one of my stories that how did the Chaudhary family open their daughters, for what reasons did they open their daughters, but it was wrong, if you don't say this, then the freedom fight of our precious freedom fighter was in vain. Today, due to our wrong thinking, the efforts of our freedom fighters went in vain, I feel that you people never wanted to give freedom. If you love freedom then everyone is equal Give your daughters education They should have the right to do sports, they should be given the right to go outside.

I want to tell everyone that read this story once and read my story of Chaudhary family in which I have told how people lose a member of their family due to a wrong belief and practices. If you give Salman, then only you will get respect, only if you build trust, then only you will get any meaning of trust, otherwise there is no point that whatever you do, it will not be of any value to anyone.
