Snehasis was pursuing his graduation in the City college. Of late his health was not keeping well and he was experiencing lethargy and exasperation of breath after doing even little amount of work.

He went for a consultation with his parents to a doctor, who prescribed him some vitamin tonics and amino 10 powders; besides advising him to do a morning walk at 5 am for 1 hour daily. By doing this he would be consuming fresh air and his body would be exposed to the early morning sunshine, which is very beneficial for health.

From next day onwards, Snehasis started doing morning walk daily. And only after a month, he notices a big change in his health and fitness. Now he never misses his morning walk routine, which had brought in new sunshine in his life!
