Self - Discovery and Self-Love has been a big part of my life. I have always sought out activities and opportunities that taught me about myself, and I've always viewed any life experience as an opportunity to grow as a person, expand my perspective, and learn something new.

5 Benefits of Self-Discovery:

1. It helps you heal:It encourages me to become aware of my fears, emotional pains, childhood issues, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns so that i can process them, let them go, and find true peace within. Personal growth is the path to healing.

2. It helps you to never feel alone: When i am constantly learning about myself, and i connect with who i am truly. This connection allows me to feel comfortable with myself, and i naturally start to enjoy my own company and never truly feel alone.

3. It gives life meaning: I realized this after the death of my dad. All of a sudden, the things i get experienced aren't just random events happening to annoy myself or make my life hard, but are rather here to teach me something. Maybe it's patience, maybe it's presence, maybe it's letting go, maybe it's forgiveness, or maybe it's self-love, but the point is, there is a purpose to everything.

4.It helps me to become Unique: Self-confidence comes firstly from knowing who you are which comes from constantly engaging in self-discovery. The journey teaches me that my Uniqueness is exactly what makes me "special, dynamic, and perfect." Therefore, i naturally start to love myself and i become more and more secure and confident in myself.

5.It helps me to create my own identity: When i am connected to my true self, i realize that i create my own identity and that is not a victim of my circumstances. This helps me to live an empowered life where i am able to shift my thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and overall energy to align with what i desire to do.

Our true self and our highest purpose, and it provides a powerful, profound, and higher perspective on why we are here and how we can live, right now, as awakened beings. God in this sense is used interchangeably with the Divine, Higher Consciousness, and the all encompassing One Source.

"Awakening is not about changing myself, it is about changing my thinking about myself. It is about knowing that who am i in this whole, complete, and perfect exactly as am here right now."

I had a realization the other day. I love my own company. I love being alone. I have a blast with myself as funny as that sounds. I'm not saying that I always prefer to be alone or that I want to live my life solo, what I am saying is that when I'm alone, I really enjoy my time. I caught myself being genuinely happy doing normal, everyday things by myself. It's easy to enjoy life when you're doing it with someone, and I love that too, but it's not so easy to have fun when you're by yourself. That is a challenge.

>> How do I discover my self love?

* I give myself permission to be happy.

* I give myself permission to laugh. And this includes laughing at myself!

* I give myself permission to , Feel alive ,Feel passion,Feel enthusiasm, Feel joy, Feel love,Feel connected,Feel thankful.

* I give myself permission to let loose and be silly.

* I allow myself to be vulnerable.

* I allow myself to love and have that love flow in and out of me.

* I allow myself to be myself.

I wake up each day and I choose to feel good. I choose to be grateful for my free time. I really enjoy nature and sunshine, or reading and writing.I trained myself to see the beauty as ordinary and everything will become extra – ordinary."Self discovery and love isn't bubble baths and manicures. It's a deep dive into my truest self and loving that person no matter what". "Music is a great way to lift your spirits, and singing and dancing is a great form of expression!"

So The shades of Self discovery and love is - "Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."  -Aristotle
