Humanity has no boundaries and religion.

When we talk about culture, beliefs, language, ancestors, festivals, eating habits, living, and all...then religion, caste, status, region decide all this and it differs from community to community but beyond that, there is some very good thing which connects us universally, and it is HUMANITY. Humanity has no boundaries, and each one of us experiences this quite often in our lives.

The same way relations don’t need to be just Maternal or Paternal; they could be some that you accept from the heart. It could be your friendships, or colleagues, acquaintances who with time become close to your heart.

In this matter, small children are very amazing as they are innocent and still not aware of any differences that are a part of this society. Children understand the language of the heart and their beliefs mostly depend on what they are told by parents and elders and also teachers. Teachers have a special role to play and children get influenced by teachers and elders.

One such small girl from the same society I was staying in used to cross me many times with her grandparent at the entrance gate while I was going to the office. One day she was coming with her mother, whom she introduced me as her aunt (Mother’s sister), we both laughed. One more little girl, I still remember...I was going to attend coaching class for my higher studies and was going from the lane which was a bit busy with two-wheelers coming and going. So that girl came and held my hand. I was amazed and before I said anything she asked me kindly to help her cross the lane, "I want to go to the opposite side." So clever and nice, informal behaviour.

Once I was going to Railway station by auto with my niece, and I had kept my mobile in my winter coat’s pocket and had lost it as I didn’t know where and when it fell from my pocket. A boy from another religion found my mobile, tried to follow us but couldn’t catch us. I was in Mumbai next day and got to know via a friend who called on my number and then told my brother and that is how I got my mobile back. That boy was staying in a locality of lower-middle-class people. But his intention was good, his family and upbringing were good that he returned that mobile the same day. Humanity has no religion or it does not depend on any norms that society decides.

Relations are all about goodness, pure heart, being sensitive about all human beings, and it has nothing to do with how educated you are or if you are rich or not. It is understanding, readiness to help others and moreover a selfless act.

Though we all need our relations that come with birth. Our near and dear ones always have a special place in our lives and in our hearts. But also, there are relations that our heart decides and recognizes and acknowledges.
