It's been one month we are under the roof of lockdown trying everything and getting bore also. And on another side 'Corona warriors' tirelessly with one dedication fighting and protecting us and there nature is healing at a faster rate. After many days tried yoga, meditation and surya namaskar it really feels relaxed, this sweat was good. Yoga is really good for our physical and mental health, meditation really helped me out to cool myself and 12 asanas in Surya namaskar made workout of my whole body. These are ancestral practices that are really boon for mankind.
