Most banis of Dasam Granth were 

Composed and compiled here

But most of the literature composed 

here was lost in the flooded Sirsa

Sites was flooded at the time

When the family of Guru Dashmesh

Left Anandpur and got separated

On the winter night of exteme cold

At this juncture the literature

Composed at Planta Sahib was

Lost in the flooded Sirsa river

It was in ton loads in weight

This valuable literature was not only 

Composed by Guru Gobind Singh alone

But also by fifty two scholars and poets

Of high calibre present in his court

At this loss of voluminous literature

Guru Gobind Singh uttered that

This river Sirsa would not be flooded 

Ever again and has been true till date
