Shed no tears 

Tears aren't just drops 

Rolling down the cheeks or

Being absorbed back slyly

Tears can be

A long-hidden grudge

Lurking in your heart

Without being expressed

Tears can be a scheme

A manipulation 

An attempt to stealthily

Steal someone's joy

Tears can be

A pseudo smile

Or crocodiles tears

With lack of empathy

Tears can be

A public show

A show of strength

With conscience missing

Justice denied or delayed or

By falsely implicated scapegoats

In their very land in the name of law

Drop such mischievous

Motives wisely and quickly

Alternatives must be considered

With utmost sincerity

Tears of a person

May last with him and his family

But tears of nations, ironically

Fallout to generations and history

So create no reasons for tears

In life personal or national

But spread justice, joy and hope

In life's journey and don't be a dope
