Tenth Guru's Opposition
Tenth Guru's Opposition

Unique and unparalleled were the ways
Of the tenth master Guru Gobind Singh
Like the beating of Ranjit Nagara,
Exercise sessions and martial training,
Of Sikhs, hunting and horse riding
These were the cause of concern
And envy both for the Mughul emperor
As well as Hindu states of twenty-two
That of Himalayan mountains, although
Ninth Guru sacrificed his life for Hindus
The common kitchen behind the main cause
Where all so-called high and low caste
People partook their food as the Guru
Considered all human race to be one
And the same without discrimination
Ranjit Niagara also frightened them
As they all mistook it to be a warning
For annexation by the tenth Guru
And failed to see his vision of
Fighting the tyranny and oppression
Princely states were Kahloor,Mandi, Kullu,
Suket, Kutlehar, Datarpur, Noorpur, Guler,
Jaswan, Simba, Chamba, Kangra, Bhadu,
Bhadrawaha, Basohli, Mamkot, Jammu,
Samba, Jasrota, Bandral, Kishtwar , Chanahni
Kehloor was also known as Bilaspur and it's
King Bhimsen, the leader of princely states
was the immediate neighbour of the tenth Guru
As Anandpur was in the vicinity of Bilaspur.
Bhimsen was jealous of Guru Gobind Rai.
