I Wish.....

I wish I could tell you,

How much I love you.

There are countless fishes in the ocean,

Count them, and then add more of a thousand ten.

I wish I could tell you,

I miss our old days much.

Where there were only kisses and cuddles,

Enormous pleasures and lots of happiness.

I wish I could tell you,

Though we fight and argue much.

Want to avoid such situations now,

Don't know but now want peace somehow.

I wish I could tell you, love,

I am missing the caresses and hugs.

It's the time-lapse you see,

But I want to relive the fun.

I wish I could tell you, 

You mean a lot,

Though I don't say "I love you" as many times now,

But you are more than my life, you are my crown.

My wishes remain unfulfilled, deep in my heart.

We both are busy,

 You being at the clinic,

 I heading the mart.

My wish though small,

Want to be your baby doll.

Till then it stays deep in my chest,

Waiting desperately to rewind my past,

 And take a deep rest.
