Hooked Up

We, humans, are so vague souls, 

Not alleviated with life challenges and goals.

When we are asked to work we complain of peace of psyche, 

Now we are asked to stay at home but we avenge(retaliate) and crave to roam. 

I don't decipher when the nation will enrich, 

This lockdown is for our safety and security of our brethren. 

A lockdown means to lock yourselves at your residences, 

Roaming at markets, gullies or terraces is not social distancing.

You have been just asked to stay home, the only solution to stop this pandemic, 

Lucky you are, think of the professions like doctors, sanitization workers, and policemen who are still sweating.

It's your time to be a warrior at this crisis, 

Stay home, Stay safe, Save lives, O homo sapiens, 

It's your time to beseech (pray) and recoup (save) our society.
