If you are a child yet restricted to explore,

If you are an adult yet restricted to roar.

If you are in your 30s yet inhibited to take the risk,

If you are in your late 40s yet you face the brisk.

If you are women yet society judge you,

If you are a trans by choice yet not approved. (by society)

If you are old yet restricted to be bold,

If you are coal yet inhibited to turn into gold.

If you are still facing the above ifs and buts,

Then celebrating freedom is not at all your cup.

Only when one is free from being pulled down or inferred,

Then only I can call myself Free as a bird.
