Whirlpool
Whirlpool
Several grey fish. A whirlpool in the ocean,
An apparently unidirectional circle.
The circle of life!
A constant loop entangling
The ‘being’ and ‘not being.’
Where are we when we aren’t there?
What is it that awaits us after we are through?
No one knows the answer and yet
We all experience it in ways big or small.
Don’t we?
Through one life path another emerges.
A portal of happiness and fulfillment maybe…
Leaving questions like the
‘Why’ and the ‘What’ and the ‘How’
Of the past behind.
Leaving us to contemplate
Of the possible circumventions.
Adroit or Fallacious, Temporary
And Convenient, Circumstantial or
Intentional. Who knows?
class="ql-align-justify">
The root of all pain - desire,
Hatred, ignorance.
A stagnancy reached.
Destiny takes charge. But,
If the world operated only thus,
It would’ve been counteracted!
So then how do we seek balance?
Whether we really do?
Or is it that it is imposed
As a result of our actions?
And then we realize.
In the IMBALANCE lies the BALANCE.
The ‘course correction’, so to say.
Turn of time in the name of ‘KARMA’.
That is why the tide changes.
Enduring the circle even through death.
Manifesting its’ completion for the soul -
Without form or shape or identity
Or religion or caste or creed.
Because, it just is!
