Turtle Talks

Floods ravage my land,

And Tsunamis topple your engineering marvels...

But we still have to keep moving,

We still have to go!!!

That hurricane that toppled our world...

It's not the last one you know.

Things are worse, 

There's unprecedented snow.

Wildfires destroy the canopy bow.

Cyclones and droughts just tiptoe...

I'm meant to swim, but I may have to fly.

But we don't even fringe our eyebrows!

Storms hovering around.

No pure air to breathe in too.

Dead fish wash ashore...

But all we do is call the cooling crew!

There's raining ice and melting snow.

The mercury rises and dips too low.

I don't know who to blame.

Are we, not our own foe?
