For there has always been resistance and always will be
From the peasants and the kings at the ends of a double edged sword
To the squeezing of pens on papers
Between the power on one's hand
And knowledge on others

For there has always been fear and always will be
From the fables where men suck your life out
To the morbidity when men Shell your life through
From vampires to terrorists, Humanity has always won

For there has always been March and always will be
From the girls creeping out of shades and blinders
To the fight for equality
Which has always been natural betrothed to be taken

For there has always been colors and always will be
From prisms to be shattered by love beyond race
To rainbows of pride standing tall
You chose a man, choose a woman if you want, these are not the end of days

For there has always been acceptance and always will be
From branding of what is below the waist
To understanding what storms
Your heart dry when your face drenches with tears

For there has always been change and always will be
From the ice to water and light to blinds
For there has always been hate And always will be
But the tiny shard of love can pierce through the world
For there has always been death and always will be
From millions to one and one to none
