Villa: The Palace Of Legends

A badly injured ACP Akhil is struggling to get up because of the heavy injuries that he sustained by his nemesis. Akhil thinks, "How to rescue his wife Sakthi, who had been kidnapped by the criminals, who wants their own vengeance to Akhil!"

"Because of me, a life is in danger…Come on, get up…I am unable to…Maybe, my right chest may have been bleeding out," said Akhil to himself.

He recalls about his joint family members thinking,

"how much did he respected his father and family members and how his life got affected after coming to the Police because of his adamant wish!"

"My name is Akhil…ACP of Coimbatore district…When I was aged 23 years, I stepped into the police department one year as the ACP of Palakkad in Kerala under Cyber Crime and one year as the ASP of Bangalore under Narcotics department…Later on, I am posted in Coimbatore as the ACP under Crime Branch," said Akhil but, furthermore, he is unable to say anything about himself and he loses consciousness.

Akhil's father Ramalingam Gounder is a well-respected man in Semanampathy, near Pollachi-Kerala borders. His father, besides being respected in this particular place, is also a respected chieftain in neighboring villages Meenakshipuram and Kollengode(Kerala) villages…apart from Semanampathy since, his Nethaji Villa(Named after Subash Chandra Bose) was popular in the place because, Ramalingam's father is a respected freedom fighter, in Pollachi, taking the ideologies of Nethaji because of which he had been killed by the British Colonel officers.

Though Ramalingam wished to join Army, he wishes to follow the footsteps of his father, and he became a respected chieftain in the village, following non-violent principles…Apart from Akhil, there are three more songs for Ramalingam: Rahul Gounder, Shivalingam Gounder, and Rajalingam Gounder…All takes care of farming and are the protector of the villages and henceforth, they are called as the "Village Military", because of their sharp-mind and skills.

Akhil however, doesn't wish to take care of these things and wished to join IPS. Besides following the opposition of his father, Akhil joins in IPS and Ramalingam eventually gives up his ego after seeing the dedication of Akhil to his works…

Akhil is in love with his college classmate named, Nisha and they both have decided to marry once, Akhil finishes up his IPS training. However, bad luck comes to Akhil. His Senior Police officer, Commissioner Vijay Menon, under the request of ex-DCP Ramachandran of Bangalore, whom Akhil knew very well.

He puts Akhil as a teammate with his former teams consisting of, Sai Adhithya, Daniel, Amudhan, and Arul…These four of them were called the ruthless and merciless police officers when worked in Kerala. Akhil and his team are asked to nab the terrorists, who have planned to orchestrate violent bomb blasts in Pollachi and Coimbatore districts, planning to land in Kerala and then, to execute their plans.

Akhil agrees to and he goes with his teammate to Semanampathy and gets settled there for some days with Nisha too and he also introduces her to his father, who agrees to get her married to him.

The terrorist groups led by, Pandiya and his elder brother Anbu Das planned to place bombs in the four places of Pollachi, in Semanampathy, Meenakshipuram, Gopalapuram, and finally in Valandayamaram taluks. They postpone the plans of Coimbatore blasts for temporary periods. On the eve of Diwali festivals on November 2, as per the plans of these two brothers, some Valandayamaram and Meenakshipuram peoples dies in the bomb blasts. In the bomb blasts, Akhil loses Nisha, who too eventually, becomes a victim, and Akhil is devastated. After this, they catch Pandiya red-handed after managing to deactivate the bombs in Semanampathy and Gopalapuram villages…Pandiya mocks Akhil about the loss of his lover, and in anger, he brutally finishes-off Pandiya with his teammates…

Anbu Das sees this and is extremely furious who vows to take revenge on the police officers and decides to execute the Coimbatore blasts also as a tribute for his brother's death. As a result of his would-be-wife Nisha's death and their suspension, on regard to their inefficiency in saving the peoples, Akhil takes up drinking and spoils his life…

At this time, his father comes to him and says that "He never expected that, his son will accept the defeat and be a coward. A one who fights for justice will never give up his mind."

Akhil is silent and his father asks him, "Like our family, will others respect you for this, Akhil? Or If anyone who comes to give you hands a woman, will feel happier…Never ever give up Akhil…Prove that you are the son of Ramalingam Gounder" and Akhil agrees to him and manages to re-join in the police duty.

At this time, Akhil suddenly gets up and finds himself in the hospital. He learns that for five days he is under bed-rest. Akhil however, is desperate and forces the doctors to call his teammates and makes a scene in the place until he is being sedated and calmed down by his families, where Ramalingam assures Akhil that, nothing will happen to Sakthi.

When hearing this, Akhil recalls his life with Sakthi and the further math of his police life in the Coimbatore district. Sai Adhithya married his long-lover Ishika after convincing her elder brother while Akhil still remained unmarried…

However, at that point in time, Ramalingam suffered a heart attack, which is the first time for him and the doctors ask Akhil, "he should be happier as much as he can." Akhil's sister-in-law Pragathi chooses him a bride named Sakthi, convincing Akhil to forget Nisha and accept for the sake of his father's health…

Akhil is only partially-convinced and Sai Adhithya, with the other teammates, on realizing this, comes to speak with Akhil…They make him remember, "How he tackled the IPS situation boldly and asks him to face this boldly, forgetting Nisha and start a new life…"

Akhil reluctantly marries Sakthi and the next day, he tells her about his drastic past with Nisha and tells her that, he married her just for the sake of his father's happiness. Though Sakthi is shocked and upset initially, she asks Akhil for a request under which, he can see her love for one month and then apply for divorce, if he doesn't like her. Akhil agrees…

Meanwhile, Anbu Das plotted a plan under which, he brutally murders Arul telling him to remember, how they killed Pandiya just for doing the bomb blasts and killing a girl…However before Arul can die, he assures of the revenge of Akhil on Anbu Das…

Akhil and Sai Adhithya are very angry with this act and they decide to safeguard Ishika and Sakthi, thus eventually, they send her to Semanampathy to Akhil's father residency…However, on the way to the place, Ishika is kidnapped and Sai Adhithya is threatened to get Akhil and Sakthi with them if he wants Ishika…

Unable to do anything and left with no way, Sai Adhithya follows the orders of Anbu Das, and eventually, he diverts Akhil after which, he is knocked down and injured by Anbu Das, eventually kidnapping Sakthi…

Anbu also challenges Akhil that, he will orchestrate bomb blasts in Coimbatore on the eve of Christmas festivals and asks him either to save his wife or to save the Coimbatore district…

Akhil is left in the banks of a stream near Semanampathy and he is now slowly recovering in the hospitals. Sai Adhithya also apologizes to Akhil for his mistakes and says to him that, "He did all these just for Ishika's safety"

Akhil and Sai Adhithya go with Daniel to the place called Malumichampatti, which was told by Anbu Das and he goes to the place with the sanctioned weapons besides following the opposition of the senior police officers, who are concerned because of the bombs being placed in Coimbatore and they first need the safety of the district, other than the safety of Ishika and Sakthi…

On the way to Malumichampatti, Anbu Das asks Akhil, Daniel, and Sai Adhithya to stand in a particular place called Echanari, where the trio sees a dead body hanging in the shrubs of a secluded place and they rushes to see it…It's none other than Ishika…

On seeing her body, Sai Adhithya is devastated and guilty. He commits suicide by shooting himself, thus depressing Akhil while also, Daniel too gets killed after he takes his leg ahead from the place, where he stands…At this time, Akhil realizes that, in the place where Daniel stands, Anbu Das has placed a Proximity-mine and having his entire teammates, being killed, Akhil decides to meet Anbu face-to-face and he decides to finish him off by himself…

Akhil goes with his police officers and surrounds the place of Anbu Das and Anbu stabs Sakthi in-order to divert Akhil…However, Sakthi is saved at the nick of time and Akhil's family takes her off to the hospital, where she gets treated…

While Akhil, with the help of the bomb-squads, removes the bombs that were, placed in Coimbatore districts, and after this, Akhil meets Anbu Das, who is planning to escape for Palakkad through, Azhiyar river and in anger, Akhil overpowers Anbu Das brutally…

Akhil tells, he killed Pandiya just because of two: One he was the reason for so many people's death and the other is he became a reason for his lover Nisha's death. Akhil says that Anbu Das too, is a dustbin like Pandiya and kills him off brutally, after remembering the deaths of his teammates and Ishika while too, that he had been a reason for the terrorist attacks, orchestrated in Coimbatore…

Ten Weeks passes and Akhil is now living happily with Sakthi and his family in the Nethaji villa with his father also, slowly recovering…Akhil is continuing his IPS duties still more, though his friends are killed…

Currently, Akhil and his family are in the mourning of his teammate's death who sacrificed their lives for the bomb blasts orchestrated in Coimbatore and also for the welfare of Akhil's life…The marks in the body of Akhil and Sakthi still reminds Akhil of the brutality and tortures undergone as a police officer in his everyday life and he says that still more he has to fight a lot of war, like Nethaji who fought for the independence of the country and he vows that, "As a son for the Nethaji Villa, Akhil will continue his duty for this nation, with honesty, sincerity, and integrity"
