Tit For Tat

It was a story of such beautiful , rural girl who came to very small town which was at hairs’ breadth from her native village. The young rich man who was farmer by profession decided to construct his new home in town for the education of his kids and sister. When he got his home constructed, then his family shifted there with two kids and his loving sister. He used to come to town in his spare time frequently. There were many families in the neighborhood of his community. They had always affection of relatives as much as community families. His wife established deep relation with them. He admitted his kids and sister in town school. His sister was grown up girl who was studying in eight class. She was fairly good in education, but She was very simple, emotional, good looking girl of rural of family.

There was another family of their community at stone’s throw from their home. The family was also shifted to town for education from their native village. Master of the family purchased the ready-made home for them. Since they belonged to same community, there was very faithful as much as close, deep relation between these families. There were two well grown up boys in that family . Elder one was son and another was their grand son. As the girl was very simple and loyal ,she was in the grip of elder son. There was no match between them. She thought that he was fallen in her love as beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Though She was really beautiful, but he was very ugly. But every thing was fair in love and war . she also loved him. She thought that there wasn’t any harm in loving with a community boy. Their meetings and relation were tighten in presence of his mother. His mother might be ready to accept her as daughter –in –law.

After some time she was pregnant . The matter was open in both the families. Her brother was ready to accept him as his brother- in-law. The bridge groom was wolf in sheep’s clothing. But he refused to marry with her unless and until his sister get married. He said to him that he wanted to get her sister married before him. This was not his justified reason as he wasn’t gentle boy. He was miscreant and anti-social element by birth as the apple doesn’t fall far from tree. Neither his parent nor he was ready to understand the seriousness of matter. They took it with pinch of salt. There were no options left with her brother. He was very angry but he pulled himself for the time being.

The only amicable solution to crises was either she should get married with another boy or abort herself. Abortion was not common thing during seventy’s and eighty’s in small town as it was a social evil. Her brother held his horse as It was no use crying over split milk. Since he missed the boat, he made so determination and opted for some amicable solution. Time and tide wait for no man. Any how he arranged her marriage with another boy in the community.

After a few weeks ,he brought her sister at home for some festival celebration. He informed her co-father about her pregnancy. They were happy to know that good news. He decided to abort the baby. He took her to city far from his town. He took doctor in faith and requested him to abort the baby. The mission was successful. He conducted this abortion by keeping stone on his heart to avoid future complications as he didn’t want any dirty blood should be in his family vein for ever.

The cheater boy was very happy as he was very successful in his plan. He took it very lightly. But her brother went bananas with his malpractice . He pulled himself for time being. He also maintained the good relation with him as before.

After few years, the trickster got married after the marriage of her sister. He extended his cooperation in both marriages physically as well as financially as if he was his elder brother. He would continue his good relation with the trickster. His wife would pay due respect to him as her elder brother. Cheater boy thought that everything was alright, but Leopard never changed its spot. He was in revenge mode right from beginning of the worst incident which was happened with his loving sister. One day he saw that the cheater was not in home, but his wife was alone. He went to cheater’s home by taking full dose of wine as usual. He wanted to teach him lesson. She welcomed him as usual and wanted to serve him snack with tea. No sooner did she offered him snack than he molested her. As soon as he made forcibly body relation with his wife, then she shouted and runaway from home from his grip.

The crowd was gathered near his home. Looking at her horrible appearance, the crowd judged itself the matter. When he came out from her home abusing her husband, the crowd wasn’t shocked with incident as it was delayed knee jerk reaction for them. He took the revenge of his sister with his wife. The moment the incident had occurred, ,the whole family got shifted to their native village by selling their home cheaply. They never came back in the town. it was a tit for tat lesson. As you sow, so you shall reap.

It seemed from story of girl that two ladies were unnecessarily got hurt because of the ill intension of the cheater. Of course, they were unnecessarily punished for their good, simple behavior. They were humiliated for no blunder. They were ill respected in society due to act of trickster.
