Jungle Mayhem- The Conclusion

Foodie was a strict-looking creature. She looked sweet and strict at the same time. She wore a frock embroidered with cute doodles of chocolates, cupcakes, cakes, pancakes, etc. "Revs! She seems strict just like our school teachers!" Julia laughed. Well, I know, Julia is a bit annoying, but I had to laugh! Even Mr. Roy and Felix laughed. 

"Hey! Stop laughing! This is my empire! No laughing, no joking! Only serious talks!" Foodie screeched at us. We all stopped laughing, embarrassed. "So, we're here to collect the last gems-" Julia said, but she was interrupted by Foodie. "Say no more! Get ready for the test!" She ordered. Then, she clapped her hands, and a few gnomes arrived with long trays of cupcakes. "Okay, you need to decorate all these cupcakes in a minute! That's your challenge!" She finally announced. "But they are millions! They're too many!" I said. "That's why I have given you this challenge. Now, your time starts!" She said. We were given some colorful candies and syrups to decorate. Soon, we all started decorating. One cupcake after another, we were putting candies and so many more things on top! Julia was tired for a second, but we quickly urged her to start decorating again. She did her job really well. "5....4....3..." Foodie announced. Suddenly, a cupcake tumbled down from my hand, but I quickly caught it, and put some candies, and thank god, we had finally completed the challenge! Woo-hoo! Felix screamed, "Yoo!! Teamwork!!!!" Foodie finally smiled at us. Then she took some cupcakes and plopped them inside her mouth. "Delicious!!" She then said, "Okay, but, before giving the gemstone, I would like to hear the full story about your travel! And then, I'll tell you the steps about how you can return the harmony of this jungle back! Start narrating!" I quickly started narrating the whole adventure and told her about how we had made so many new friends in this jungle, like Sparkle the fairy and everyone else. I also told her about how we met a tribal group, and their leader had such a strange and long name! She was really amazed by our travels. She said, "So, now, you'll complete your mission, will you not miss us all?" "Oh, of course, we will!" I said, laughing. After our story was finally complete, she led us towards a room, and she said, "Here, this is a book, and now, I'll tell you how this Jungle will get it's happiness back. As soon as I snap my fingers, you'll reach a rocky gorge. There, you will see a rock which would be shaped like a heart. Just insert those five gemstones in those five holes. Then, sprinkle some magical water from the lake beside it, and then, you're done! Make sure you do this before the sunsets! Otherwise, you can be trapped here forever!" We nodded. Then, Mr. Roy said, "Okay, I think we should get moving! Let's not take any risk!" We agreed, and then, we thanked Foodie, and after that, she gave us the gemstone, and then, finally, she snapped her fingers. We had reached the rocky gorge!

"Okay, now where is the heart-shaped rock?" Julia asked, confused. After about five minutes, we still had not found the rock. Suddenly, I spotted it. It was so small. Tinier than an ant! Okay, maybe not that small, but, you understand my feelings, right?!

The rock was small, and so were the gemstones. Felix inserted the first gem, I did the second, Mr. Roy inserted the third, Julia the fourth, and then, all of us, together inserted the last one. Felix went towards the lake, and then, she quickly sprinkled the water. We held our breaths, and then, the sky turned pink. Suddenly, rabbits hopped all around us. One of them came towards us, and he held a little note in his hands. He gave it to us. It was written, "Thank you for everything!" We felt so loved, and calm. Then, suddenly, we started to swirl in a vortex of light. And, when we opened our eyes, guess what, we were back in the real world! But, Felix and Mr. Roy were not with us. After all, Felix must have returned to her house, and Mr. Roy to his! Julia asked, "Revs! I'm so nostalgic! I'll miss the Jungle!" I shed away a tear, and I said, "Oh, don't worry. We will soon have some other crazy adventures!" But, I was also starting to feel a bit nostalgic. Felix, the tribes, Mr. Roy, Foodie..... everyone had something special! And, even though our adventure had finished, we still had a great bond between us: the bond of friendship!! "At least we can meet those crazy people of the Jungle in our dreams!" Julia joked. "Wanna have some snacks?" I offered, and then, we giggled and laughed.

But, we didn't know that another, fun adventure awaited us, sooner or later!
