This incident happened a long time back in connection with child adoption by foreigners from an Indian orphanage, he died with physical torture as he was one special child, not a normal child, he was adopted wrongly.

Child Welfare, Safety & Rights Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India yes if the laws can be executed so strongly then no doubt like the strict verification of passports registration the child adoption scheme will be very strict after such death case. we hope the best.

even in India so many cases like an illegal transplant of various organs, those are operated on and sold even without knowledge of the patients, girls children are sold, early marriage of girls with business deals, so many are rescued with children trafficking cases after a long struggle, many are kidnapped and sold for beggary like movies of children trafficking badly when their parents sell them for money, some live like contract basis in domestic laborers, we cannot find out the solutions of our problems in our own country, then how can the law of adoption be stopped from orphanages, people cannot stop orphanages those who can earn lakhs of money for such reasons of selling the child or kids in the name of adaptation. Do you agree or not?

It is not child kidnapping or trafficking they had adopted from India the orphanage denied any such problem with the kid. He said the child had some development problems slow learner or special care like special training she needs. Punishment or leaving him lonely as punishment are not the solutions. Parents treat negative methods like fear or terror which never solves a problem rather the kid should be sent to special schools where teachers or trainers use incentive creativity play way method to develop the eating habits in small kids even normal brainy kids also never eat seriously with discipline. They need a lot of activities appetite physical exercises mental readiness motivational therapy to eat food.

If we give conditions like if you eat food, you can go to play or watch video games, those are therapies trainers use. Punishment creates a revolution rebellious attitude in kids. Children never eat a casual regular diet like rice dal curry chapattis. They like chocolate chips french fried chicken fried cold drinks all types of delicious food. So incentive or stimulus is given some delicious food after regular food like chocolate ice cream chips etc. Never say negative very strictly to train the kids. They feel more indisciplined if we restrict their wishes they take negative impulses as violence or threaten or overstrictness sometimes we name it as child abuses or torture or violence. Some schools also follow very strict discipline in compelling the students to eat meals or tiffin totally finished without knowing if the child feels like to eat or not. Small kids are forced to eat. Teachers can allow them to eat as much they want to eat. Big children are not forced to eat. Kids must not be punished badly being beaten by sticks etc. Some schools follow such rules violating the rules of the government.

Yes, crimes are outcome or consequences of family social upbringings, if we evaluate some aspects like rapes or murder or robbery , those incidents are preplanned , some are done according to situations, the rapists either single-handed or gang rape they find situation helplessness of the victim, while riding alone in lonely area in day time or night time girls have to follow so many precautions. They should make aware of others that they are not helpless, some psychological situations make the criminals more tempted or motivated to do crimes easily, even rapes or murders are done in a family atmosphere if we evaluate crimes situations. The relatives sometimes commit heinous crimes, this type of cases happen in various categories of family lifes middle class or lower middle class educated or uneducated, main features are off course immoral, unethic mental attitude, the sense of morality lack in family background, next come poverty un cultured uneducated lifestyle. Robbery is not always associated with murder but rape is always associated with murder, gang rape also, where never stands ethic, moralism socio-cultural background, the criminals do not scare laws, they have taken for granted the laws, they are conscious of consequences, they overlook or ignore the consequences, conviction or realization of crimes come if the criminals distinguish crimes as crimes or no crimes ., They take it as precautions of their lives, they kill the victims. They can realize if their sister or mother are raped, a sense of guilt or helplessness, attachment can change their minds, death punishment cannot change them.

Death punishment can create fear in other minds who are planning to commit crimes like rape or murder, some are serial killers who are seriously psychopathic, they have no conviction of their crimes, they feel police are criminals law breakers, they feel rich people government are more privileged, they have snached all privileges the ways of survival from their hands, they become revolutionary rebellious to kill rich people, we must analyse the minds of criminals, their socio cultural backgrounds too,

If we analyze the minds of criminals or nature or motive of their crimes , then we can think of consequences of death punishment , hanging in the public or in jail secretly or life imprisonment. Realization, rehabilitation, repentance take long time , it comes through long penance and practices, when we start caring other lifes, dacoit Ratnakar became a great sage Balmiki who wrote the great epic Ramayann, nothing is impossible. We need to wait with patience on experimental basis only, while it is important to give protection or security to save other helpless lifes who need protection in this society. One thing loksabha election is done in every five years so, definitely it is very important to know our sentiments, evaluation, logic everything thoroughly before we cast our votes. It is true two powerful or potential parties are contesting against each other now they are congress and BJP. One thing, majority people in India who come under the statistic of lower middle class and under poverty line people obviously they cannot differentiate among all symbols , those who are illiterate they cannot read the names also which are written in English in the developed modern equipment or electronic device.

My worries is, we cannot teach people through digital media also that how to recognize our own candidates, their relevant symbols. Next come logical thinking of choosing a correct candidate or contestant to the parliament, who is representative of our locality or ward to parliament who can really work for the overall development of my state as well as my country in connection with all round development, farming, education, health, technology all. It is natural and practical that political parties will try to pull each other leg in ridiculing their inability or inefficiency to get more votes influencing the people. Yes, people judge honesty, sacrifices, changes in democratic government. They want revolutionary changes abolishing some stereotype forms of government their strategy of governance, neither they like dictatorship nor communism or monarchy. They want liberty, freedom of speech changes, honesty, no bureaucracy, no corruption, one idealism in governance. Sixty percent of population come such category of socialism, they want equality, the main objective of the government to maintain equality among all classes of people. Equality in economic socialist government. No discrimination among various classes, honesty in political party, no corruption, corruption free government. Do they find all such features or relevant qualities in their cherished government? We cannot answer such querries why because political parties , their propaganda cannot satisfy the querries of public or common men.

Obviously the minority group of higher economic people donot bother about political parties, their administration. They know who rules over them. They know the bitter reality, that ministers of parliament they implement rules with majority approval which takes a long time to be implemented going through various procedures of democracy in a long way, time taking execution of laws which are implemented very slowly. Prime minister along with cabinet ministers also are guided by top level IAS officers who guide them as expert advisors or advising committee of senior rank officers like governor of RBI, supreme court judges, other chief secretaries senior officers who are the real administrators. Ministers are experienced but lack knowledge of administration in government affair without gaining adequate knowledge. So those 40% people never cast their votes in election. They are neutral always. Now people under poverty line what do they want? They want socialist government but they donot understand anything about politics, political parties, their objectives, their political games , propagandas etc. Some are influenced by religion religious dogmas , biases , prejudices like hinduism or Muslim religion, actually the political parties play games in the name of idealism religious superstition to influence the mass. They support all secretly behind the screen. Support to minority, caste reservation, religious differences, demoneytization, increases in GST all such dramas they do to influence majority who seriously seek for socialism, anticorruption sentiments, they are 40% of our population, out of 70% of population who seriously cast votes, now 40 % are biased influenced by socialism or anti corruption government. They are controlled by any party easily. They want money during election time to meet their requirements or ways of solving proverty lines being privileged through various prime minister's yojnas. They try to understand but they cannot solve their riddles of querries easily. They cannot understand what are the financial changes, amendments or rules are executed in India or for what purposes whether corruption is erradicated or poverty is replaced with various yojnas, they are totally confused.

Now remained 30% of middle class people who are considered as intelligent and educated groups who really rationalize practically, the utility of choosing a correct government they are more concerned in medias in digital electronic campaignings. They want to verify the truth,whether the party is serious enough to bring changes without being motivated by corruption or grabbing public money, whether they make correct policies in implementing in various fields utilizing the taxes, revenues which are collected from the public. The projects for the infrastructure of the majore cities like construction of highways, roads, over bridges, hospitals, whether it should be used properly through contracts of corporate contractors or private contractors, builders, finance companies, corporate banks,private companies, they want the national fund should be utilized properly. They know private banks, public sectors work efficiently but they can do monopoly , corruption hiding black money cunningly or manipulating the government easily, all the contracts or deals should be done with proper governance, digital transactions through banks which are globally operated by foreign operators or delegations, 

there it is very important to control all with diplomatic ways. Otherwise country can be hired on debt only. Yes, some projects are started but it takes a long time to be implemented, some private as well as public sectors control the economy of our country, the real market, essential products, requirements of our country are provided by the adequate products to the consumers in the market in their needs along with exporting to foreign countries in their trade business also with maximum retailed price. This middle class group understands the reality of our country, what our country requires truly, what type of government they want which is not verified or examined by their religion, caste creed but they are examined by education experiences, honesty, family honesty, corruption free and nationality. This group consists of 30%, but their votes matter a lot what I feel. They are very active in social medias. Now they must be reading my article. They will understand my purpose of writing. Government can assure lower middle class section for so many insurances, so many health schemes as well as agricultural yojnas but they feel comfortable dealing with cash payments, direct dealings of money in give and take process. They do saving in more trustworthy banks with direct process of saving in passbooks but they donot depend on google pe, paytm, airtell, freecharge, phone pe and amazon pe procedures of payments through digital transfer of business. They donot want third party system in their business like farming or consumer's deal. Government should think of majority population, their facilities in stead of focusing more on middle class or higher rich class facilities, their advantages of commercial business dealings. economic changes of Indian life style. Our pattern of life style should not be changed so rapidly. These group falls in majority below 60% of population who strive or struggle hard to survive. They donot rely more on digital mode of payment or transactions.

The poor section are not poor in real. Obviously, they are more secured, more mentally stronger, they are both physically and mentally stronger enough than rich class people who always depend on security, advantages, bank balance , medical facilities , comforts in private hospitals etc. They depend more on daily workers, more security, more drivers, more maids etc. Even physically the immunity system of the poor class is much better than rich class society. They donot go for body building or gyms rather they work hard in agricultural field for harvesting and farming. They work as daily laboreres in construction sites carryig bricks, mud and cement in such pandamic corona time to give us secured shelter. They used to live in thatched sheets or tin slums houses. They harvest crops, corns pulses, seeds grains, wheat, onions, potatoes in plenty to suffice the demand of hunger in us, the most available goods or needs in emergency time of pandamic corona . India never faced the crisis of food or essential food materials in food stock markets during corona time. The credit never goes to the political parties or ministers in center. The credit goes to the Indian farmers only.

Many ministers , government officials easily were affected by corona where as very less farmers and daily workers rarely fell in clutches of corona except those who drink alcohol drugs regularly . Anyway their immunity system is quite stronger than our delicate system They know where government works, they have seen poverty , they know where development exists, which private companies or corporate organization gives them jobs . They are not worried for rapid changes in social or political or economic changes of lifes. They struggle hard to earn their earnings , daily wages hard earnings of rice and bread.

Some how they arrange for their basic needs, they never believe in rascism nasty politics of religious roit. They fight strongly or boldly for a change seriously either against corruption or reforms or rascism or rape or murder injustice in social political as well as government fields. They protest very strongly. They give votes against rascism or corruption. They know better about the functions of government. They know where government organisations work seriously. They are not against Chinese or American companies like Swiggy or Zomato or Ola or uber or big baskets or snapdeals or groffer or Amazon . They know these companies give us jobs, people get jobs easily. They are beyond all racial feelings. They are more broadminded. Conflicts roits rascism are done in more intellectual political rich unethical selfish groups. They are highlighting or spreading these nasty notes or articles or thoughts more in social medias like whatsapp, Facebook websites journalism through various videos.

Ministers, political parties , rich society of people try to manipulate mass medias wasting both time and money lavishly in FB , WhatsApp and tweeter for political motives only. It does not make any change over all sections of lifes.

Yes the news like the rape case of the girl was rebel against present government or CM also, obviously it was the most barbaric inhuman disgusting shameful action of government, police department against a rape case physically assaulted girl and her father, his intention of his assaulted daughter is nothing just he demanded justice, rebellious man died in the police custody fighting for the justice of his own daughter, all daughters of India.

All fathers ought to raise their voices against such scornful act of police department.

We should be aware of our right, we must take one venture,one protest against murder cases, recently many cases have been kept pending, now women on this occasion should be bold enough to take action against such barbaric thing, it is one revolution against tyranny oppression, injustice physical torture, murder whatever sense we consider,

women empowerment manifestation of power, shakti, source of energy, creation, recreation,everything is created from supreme abode of god Siva and Shakti, both are the preserver and protector of universal power, source of life energy potential overflowing nature, the vital energy creator of anything the woman can be worshipped, now we should raise our voice against such crisis, crimes, brutal barbaric action, murder is just cold murder physical abuse and torture harassment what ever we feel it.

The rapist must be hanged in the public, women police should punish them so badly then the lawbreakers criminals and rapists can understand the power of women empowerment. we are in women empowerment year, this year most of the important portfolios have been conferred to women, so women can raise their voice forcefully enacting the rules, regulations in parliament. It is their time, their opportunity to implement rules why cannot they do now? even Kiran Bedi ji was appointed as a governor of Kashmir to handle terrorism tactfully. This is called women empowerment in ful force. There should not be any obstruction in executing legal actions.   

Police arrest Hathras-bound Kerala scribe, three others; allege PFI link

The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested a journalist and three other people in Mathura while they were on their way to Hathras, home to a Dalit woman who died after being allegedly gang-raped. The Uttar Pradesh police had on Monday said it has arrested four people having links with the Popular Front of India and its affiliate in Mathura. (PTI)

Speaking to IANS, Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad said, "Will the rights of the people be terminated in the name of security? What is the use of law and order then?" He added, "For the first time I have seen how the police operates in Ramrajya. The police's job across the country is to collect evidence. But police work in India, especially in Uttar Pradesh, is to destroy evidences.

In Haryana , Faridabad , The girl writing her BCOM exam was returning from college then on her way outside the college she was shoot to death. This proves that there is no security safety in India now .Her parents had complaint such thing in police then why police overlooked or ignored such thing. They could have taken action against the boy. No one should compel other to change the religion, it is one crime, he had previously done enforcing the girl to convert her religion . Why police was silent that time.

So many years over no change in our society, no fear, no change in rapists who take for granted all, our attitude ,only pulling each other legs in political parties that is all. who suffers more?? Laymen common lower or middle class families, those who are in political power or police hands, powerful atleast the criminals get scared of them otherwise, neither they think of consequences nor the existing circumstances. They think these helpless people cannot do anything to them, their daughters are not safe or secured, police or politicians donot safeguard helpless rather they take advantages of their helplessness, our journalists and medias can give them protection, public can raise their voices but after some one is raped, kidnapped or murdered, this is the cmmon startegy of public untill then they donot raise their voices.

We can see this thing in this video while the rapists were trying to pull her or attack her other walkers guys simply walked away ignoring the incident which was clearly visible,  atleast four or five guys could have shouted that why are you pulling the girl to car, Leave her. No, no one said, simply they ignored the incident, same thing happens many times repeatedly in Gowhati once the girl was raped murdered in the public, no one saved her. Here they look at gundas silently walked away asif they donot want to know or it is a common matter gundas roam everywhere, let them kill young girls, we will ignore, this is police job. They will protect girls from gundas.

The girls can write FIR there, if police would have warned those boys before then it would not happen so, atleast they would scare police or laws, here it seems police has supported the gundas mental strength or ethics moral sense like helpless cannot take any action against them specifically religious converted matter or love affair matter. They can take other lifes easily as law and order or police are cooled in FIR matter, actually police should be very serious in the beginning of FIR matter, once FIR is lodged the girl should get necessary protection. Here in India FIR is taken very lightly which raises more complications. Even people scare to give FIR against any powerful gundas or politicians or government asif they feel helpless like hindi movies. No one listens or writes their FIR. Yes true are the stories, even domestic violence also girls or wives are scared to lodge anytype of FIR. If someone writes FIR she is abandoned or boycotted from the society. She is considered as very daring aggressive or revengeful type of girl who goes against family members. This type of thinking makes girls or women helpless and weak.

Extremely sad for the tragic death of my childhood school friend's son yesterday night who met an road accident with careless driving of the truck driver who hit the bike making them injured. My condolence to his noble soul but my purpose of writing is why cannot we protest against such cruelty of truck driver's harsh driving inside the city? The accident took place near Baramunda highway towards CRPF square. National highways, over bridge dividers, after taking so many precautions. Why cannot the truck drivers follow rules?

Who will be responsible for their negligence? How can innocent children get safety in their driving? Even traffic police donot control the truck drivers who are supposed to drive on specific rules like minimum speed control, without alchohol, not using tresspass inside city common roads.

We all can protest against such wrong things. Future it should not happen again. Other innocent lifes should not be taken for truck drivers negligence. Parents cannot loose their children like this. If at this age medias, Networking, FB, social medias are so active, we should take one oath to fight against such thing. Why cannot we? This investigation will give mental strength to fight against wrong thing. Otherwise what is the use of social media if we can't bring changes in our lifestyle, our society, our traffic, our smart city Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We cannot accept our mistakes taking the criminals granted for so easily? They are murderers only, one word appropriate for them, now this is time to protest strongly against such carelessness of truck drivers,

if we have the courage, we can protest everywhere keeping posters, banners like 'truck drivers should not be allowed inside the city, the smart city we say we can save our city from illegal accidents and future destruction, I donot say the children should not wear helmets but if they did mistakes they could have been fined or shiverely punished, their negligence should not be taken for granted."

yes, every student can be alert, their mistakes are not counted with taking their lifes without any reason, it is not natural disaster, we can control it. This is not one day story, everyday in odisha diary we read truck drivers hit to two wheelers, four wheelers, they took one , two or sometime 10 lifes. Recently one bus hit a wedding car accidentally, so we blame children are careless rough riding, no helmet but main reason, we are over looking the huge dragon like cranes, vans trucks hit the two wheelers always. They should be punished shiverely being arrested minimum 10 years jail, cancellation of license for life long, huge amount of money fine as help to victims whatever.

Again they should not roam freely in the city giving money as bribes or penalties, truck drivers union in the city, they cannot be allowed to roam freely everywhere with high speed, people can bann, block the roads, except the national highways over bridge, with a minimum speed they can drive. This can be possible if all journalists, victim's parents, medias sit on dharnna, strike literally very strongly they can protest, Atleast if we can give justice to our son, his soul rests in peace in heaven,

What is the use of media, social networks FB if we cannot demand for the justice of our human right, safety of our children protesting some careless truck drivers in our society, our town, we are writing for hours and hours, we are uploading videos so many during election time 100 more videos all channels, medias upload, now in a crisis time, our safety security, our future generation's safety time we will run away why?

Are we not coward, insensible, most irresponsible citizens now? Media have no interest in public life now, they want advertisements, police is instructed by higher authority, urban development authority. BMC is inactive, so who will control the situation? This is purely intellectual citizens can protest seriously, strongly. Let it start from a few, then it can increase to a huge majority, people voice, people awareness.

Vehicles rules were amended by Modi government If one person breaks traffic rules like riding vehicles without seat belt or helmet or over crossing not waiting for red light signal will give penalty fine rs 1000, rs2000 and rs5000 , one person will be punished penalty of fine rs5000 or rs10,000 if he or she drives in drunken state or without license or under driving age or blocking the path of one ambulance in emergency. One person will be punished penalty of fine rs2 and half lakhs or 5lakhs if he makes accidents injuring the victim or taking life of a victim with 3 years imprisonment.

Very effective traffic rules but if these are followed seriously by the traffic police departments seriously without corruption. Now people or careless drivers who do not follow such traffic rules of the government with careless reckless driving in drunken conditions will compromise the cases giving bribes some thousands in settling or solving the cases. It can be a nice negotiation, compromise or temptation for corrupted government police.

Now cabinet ministers or other ministers are not going to supervise all practically, as Nitin Gadkari minister of transport said, with a lot of pressure implementing a lot of rules, regulations he cannot control the frauds who make fake licences of three in various states. Rules and maintenance of national highways are controlled or governed by union ministers whereas other rules are maintained by state government then who will be responsible for accidents cases, which government will look after the cases tribunal or state police or local courts, all are confusing too.
