Cindrella

Cinderella Samson lives with her parents in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.She lives with her parents and grand parents.Being a single child in the family, she is very pampered. However she is very much down to earth. She has imbibed good qualities just like Cinderella , of the fairy tale story of a girl who rises from living in forsaken circumstances to getting remarkable change in her fortune , finally marrying the prince of the kingdom. This Cinderella is warm and sincere with everyone she meets, whether it's the smallest mouse or the king himself, she treats everyone with due respect.

She believes in herself and is determined to overcome the adversity she faces. Despite her circumstances, Cinderella chooses to be kind.She is ever hopeful of a better future.

Cinderella Samson studies in Delhi Public School,R.K.Puram.She is in high school.She helps her mother prepare breakfast for the family,packs her own bag and gets ready for her school by her own and goes in the school bus.

In the Annual Day celebrations , the school had organized a fancy dress competition last year.She had taken part in it.Naturally she choose to take the get up of her namesake Cinderella.However it was her speech which impressed one and all.She said about the importance of being kind and helpful in our daily lives.How being generous had made a poor boy into the most famous doctor of the town who saved the life of the generous lady who was kind to him .

The story goes like this.There was a poor boy who sold daily newspapers to support his family.One day he was feeling weak and had not eaten anything since last night.Finally he decided to ask for some breakfast from one of the houses he delivered the newspapers.

A young girl opened the door and understood the boy's condition.She immediately went inside and brought a glass of milk and gave it to the boy.The boy drank it and seemed relieved.He asked how much should he pay her.The girl said she wanted nothing for this.

Some years later the girl grew up into a good looking lady.However she developed a rare neurological problem.Many doctors were consulted.Finally she was admitted into a renowned hospital and Dr.Kevin the best neuro surgeon was called in for the case.Dr.Kevin was also perplexed at the complexity of the problem but he did not give up.Finally after many months of treatment, the lady became completely alright.

Now the problem was the hospital bill.It was not possible for her family to pay the bill of such a renowned hospital.It would take years for them.

The nurse entered the room with the bill.The lady opened the bill hesitatingly and got the surprise of her life.

The bill read...."Paid in full with one glass of milk".

This Dr.Kevin was the same boy whom the lady had helped.Thus the moral of the story was if we do good to others then the goodness invariably returns to us in someway or the other.

There was a loud applause from the audience.Cinderella Samson won the first prize.
