 It was a dusty evening when Yogesh descended from the train at Anand Vihar platform, NewDelhi.He had heard New Delhi  was one of the  most unhygienic  repose in the world for carbon ever covered the sky and created respiratory problem due to the over use of all types of conveyances  and small as well as big factories  Yogesh waited for a taxi or any type of automobiles  out side, Aananda vihar .He looked around here and there the equivalent .It  was his first visit to India's capital city to work as a super visor,submitted ₹ 3L- ₹ 3LO.  in Prakash Masala Co.PVT LTD . For the young mass in India higher qualification had no meaning as hundreds and thousands of job seekers having obtained bonus marks  in P.G.degree were  prepared to undertake any handiwork in metropolis  like Chenai,Hyderabad,Benguluru and Pune, alternatively to work in the filthy farm land to get the double benefit of pure air and food.

     He indicated an automobile to Surya Rajouri Garden to stay there a night in INR 40926 to join in his job in the

 next morning in Prakash Masala Company.

    It was Yogesh's principle to get rise from bed and traipse  2 to 3 kilometres and hand-pick flowers for worshiping .He followed his principle and strolled approximately   3 kilometres but didn't pick flowers as in the limit of his look there were no trees to cluster flowers . He felt his home hundreds  kms  away where flowers of any kind were plentily available and he caught dragonflies with his friends. Inhabitants in New Delhi had no option but to stay inside the house and must have forgotten the flowers and happy life in their villages .Here in this sophisticated Metropole  you have to buy oxigen in lieu of your hard earned money.

    Prior to his appointment as a field supervisor he had produce his graduation certificate in original,Special Thedo English .As was required by Prakash Masala Company he produced his two years experience certificate from Powder Manufacturing Company ,Prasad Enterprises and Ruchi Food line.He was trained in Basic Salry,Training Course,First Aid C.P. R.Training and confined Space Rescues Certified  preferred,Must be energetic and work well with by other,occupational Health and safety degree related field preferred.Drug test and back ground check required .The aptitude to work in both field and office environment and or irregular  periods at time.

     As field supervisor he had to accomplish the following work:

  -Ensures staff adheres to rules  of rules of conduct,policies and procedures.

-Supervisor mentors and trains staff on day-today activities .

-Assists in establishing perfomance standards recommending 

and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.

-Assists customers in the parking .

-Responsible to running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards,garage data or other reports requested by management.

-Responsibility for making copies  of daily tickets for clients.

-Assists with  periodic training as needed.

-Assists with creation of weekly schedules.

- Resolves customer service issues or₹ questions as needed.

-Accepts daily and debit payments and process cards .

      Yogesh was aware of his payment ,10,000 per month  is credited to his account .His job timings are 9.30  a.m .to 6.30 p.m.

    with a hope of working honestly to win the heart of higher officers and owner Pavan Gupta and his wife Meetu Gupta he works dedicatedly and enjoys his work ,laughs heartily with the workers and other employees . His life in New Delhi is better than his village Jarda . He was no longer condemned by his parents,elder brothers , sisters or by any kith and kin as a vagabond doing nothing but consuming food .

     The masala powders prepared in prakash Masala's main  and other branches like  Vikash Puri,Janak Puri and Uttam Nagar are;

They are sent to grocery stores by pickups ,Kai-class trucks,vans and Four-wheel drive versions inside and outside  New Delhi to Gourmet grocery store ,Joshi's (pickles,Alekhya Residancy,Ad hapur,Ameerpet ,Joshi's Shree Masala ,General bazar ,Kalasi guda,Secunderabad and Telengana etc .

     It was a successful month for Yogesh . His sincerity in work were highly praised by the higher authorities of Prakash Masala Company Rajouri Garden.As a blessing from OverHead (God)when he opened Google Account, 10,000 plus was credited  for his information .Delightfully he transferred ₹8000.00 to his father's account who castigated by him for consuming comfortably ,his sweat'earnings.It was a feasting day for the family . Each took credit to make him perplexed to leave for a little earning any where inside India after his B .Com. degree .

   

on Sundays Yogesh makes trip to old Delhi by buses and line autos  .

  The old monuments of Delhi includes:Juma Masjid is known to be one of the largest mosques in India.Mughal Emperor Shaha jahan , constructed the Masjid-1, Jahan Numa in 1656 for about million rupees. 

  Red Fort : It is iconic and very important structure nestled in the heart of the city.It was painted in red,practically considered as the political centre for quite sometime .Mughals  are believed to have resided in the premises of the Red Fort for nearly two hundred centuries,with lash greenery and such historical values.

     Qutub Minar:A recognised UNESCO world Heritage Site.It's one of the tallest minars  of India .It was  constructed out of sand stone and marble.The compound of Qutub Minar has other ancient structures that are relevant to mediaeval era and the Mughal era.Yogesh was spell bound by the surrounding of Qutub Minar that is thronged with gorgeous Garden.

    India Gate:It is a war memorial,for the 70'000 soldiers of the British Indian Arms who sacrificed their lives in World War -1.The monument was built Delhi Janpat neighbourhood.

     Over the years a lot of iconic events  including candle marches and patriotic incidents have taken place here that have made significant changes to Indian Judicial system and Indian Law. Built a top a black marble plinth with a reversed rifle and capped with a war helmets bounded by four eternal flames beneath  the Memorial arch way is the Amar Jawan Jyoti, which also holds a very important message as it completes the monuments in Delhi .

  Rashtrapati Bhaban:It is nestled in Rajpath,one of the famous and ultimate monuments in Delhi covers a 329 acre land . It has 340 rooms for staff.Mughal gardens are very enchanting which is worth visiting .

     Toghulaqbad   one of the popular monument in Delhi which has 15 metres high slopping walls and barricades for battlement parapet along with bastin.The fort was originally built by Chiyas-ud- din in 1321A.D. It is very strategic and formidable structure supposed to be advantage for fighting from the fort 

  Jantar Mantar:

        It is bears interest both for children and adults. It was built by Maharaja Jaisingh of Jaipur . one such observatory has built in Jaipur,basically based on the position of the sun during the day.The monument has had insightful role to play in the past.

    Lotus Temple:

 It is a Bahai religion of worship ,constructed long time ago and dedicated in December 1986.It is notable for its lotus like shape. 

     He loses hisd significance in the sea humanity in the bustling of Chandin chawk,Sarojini Nagar,Karolbagh, Lajpat Nagar,Khan market,Kamala Nagar, Market,Chor Bazaar and Lipika underground Market .People work relentlessly without rest to supersede others in money , power and status even though health doesn't permit; some poor to rich to poor,some rich to richer to the ultimate game topple and rise to the Pinnacle.  

        Yogesh works extra time to take home more money. The Deputy Directors,Executive leaders,Managers official representatives who likes him for his dedicate to duty advises him to appear company sponsored exams for promotion and earn more money as he is an MBA. He wants to buy books from Dariyaganj Book Market,but pressure from home to dispatch more and more  money prohibits him from buying books to face inter views. Hardly, he opens his wallet to purchase one or two books curtailing the tiffen  during the recreation.

      Yogesh preferred to reside in a mess in Pushp Vihar with other inmates  ;the employees of Prakash Masala Company branches of Vikash Puri,Janak Puri and Uttam Nagar, all bachlor ,fighting to rise high keeping pace with time.It is within the periphery of Malviya Nagar is an upscale locality of south Delhi surrounded by push areas,Hauz khas,Panchsheel, Saket and Push Vihar .Good natured people live here . Yogesh obtained a smart card to use it while riding from Malviya Nagar to Rajouri Garden.But during the course of up and down in metro it costed a little higher; ₹30 .00 minimum .Later he came to know that if he enters and exits  in the same metro station ,it will charge  the minimum metro fare if Rs 10.00.and important thing is that you don't get 10% discount if use metro smart card .But you have to ride metro by 8 am .

    As all were of same company they luck up their rooms 7.30 after eating twi or three biscuits and a cup of tea .They wait for each other in specified place and again catch up the same metro to  Malviya Nagar and purche veggies and other non-veg items for the dinner .It's time tod gossip and remembering their days in their respective villages . They on the up and up of speaking their upheaval   of family and personal trajectories of their woes and splashmoses the discomfort they had to face  .

    Talking, cooking and laughing  go together . With each other they un fold their love lives and promises they made to their lovers.They hold the pass port size photo graphs inside their purses and during the shift hour they open the pouches and have  and gaze at them for residual energy. Inside a metro they prefer  standing making room for the aged people to sit comfortably . Back or infront of him Yogesh stands browse to a spinster  whose allure   he is not charmed  her  illusory beauty .He bags excuse to her in case her scarf spreads over his face. Surprisingly, he notices the Colleens' faces seem to be powdered by the dusty surroundings and  have shadowed  by the outer world and they tirelessly try to hide  the grimy messy ,  by thick makeup.Thense forth ,Ajaya,Amir, Adhir,Ananta,Rajakumar, Arun,Bimal and others are disposed in industries such as, Prakash Masala ; its branches in Delhi and Napkins,Tissues,Water bottles,Small toys,Papers, Pens, Chalk, Nimyle Phenyl,   Incense sticks .other industries from Delhi NCR,All Types of SME Ltde Pvt Ltd, Manufactures ,Exports,Imports . Stubble burning ,lit garbage,Power plants,Cement and vehicle factories .

      They  are pronee to air pollutants, a mixture of solid particles,gases in the air ,car emissions,chemicals from factories,dust, pollen and mold Spores may bee suspended may be suspended  as particles Ozone ,a gas, is major part of air pollution in cities.When breathe in polluted air,they can enter our blood stream and contribute to coughing or itchy  eyes and cause or worsen many breathing and lung diseases ,leading to hospitalisations,cancer or even premature death.

      But Chennai,Hyderabad,Kolkata,Pune,Ahmedabad and Delhi.It's like an insect jumping in to burning fire  and  meet with self-death.

    Of course , the profound young people are hauled to the polluted industrial belts of the over populated cities ; may be to Chennai,Mumbai,Hyderabad , IT city  Bengaluru or Delhi.

      Delhi having a population of 33, 807,000 ,refuses any refuge to over crowd the roads ,monumental places ,factories , main markets or jobs to any companies . If not in Delhi may be in Bengaluru, Telengana,Vizag,

     Any how,anywhere ajob , any salary ,they don't  mind sleeping on the ground ,eating in a thatched hotel,nevertheless a muddy corn field ,needless to say a cooling breeze ,a bosky tree ,brazing of  sheep ; pure water,pure air, unpolished rice ,affectionate  neighbours ....

     Streams of people of any walk of life land in Delhi  railway stations, their categories Vary ;Students for higher studies like M.B.A.Preaparing for I.PS.,I.A.S., C.S. aspirers to walk under the hard sun and misty climate for a job  in dingy atmosphere . At the end of the day they return to the station for free lodging,(the waiting halls),free water,free wash rooms  . It is a heart wrenching  scene when a late night arrival passes through the beggars ,young people belonging to higher status  ( males and females), make shift shop owners, way farer ,  are seen sleeping caring no cold or heat to seek fortunes in the next day . When a graduate or post graduate looks down on a job ,they  see a difference between a illiterate and highly literate of (doing a manual work) not meant for   them, far from home where no body knows about their education,they don't hesitate to shift cow dung or working as a coly .

In fact, everybody faces the challanges and competitions to move ahead an inch .

   All of Yogesh's  prakash Masala  braches mates  belong to different states of India ,have separate language ,religion, beliefs , and familiar to their home status ,nonetheless,back slide  those unintelligible conceit and swagger, when they stay under the same roof  and come in contact with a large number of people in metro,inside Vikas Puri,Janak puri and Uttam Nager masala branches of Prakash Masala Company.They observe the value of fraternity and fellow feeling .

     Yogesh put forth his opinion before them a family doesn't mean same blood people bind their sons and daughters to obey their  father's ego without raising voice against his mis behaviour .
