Best Friend

Manish was a doctor by profession. I used was because he was no more. He was killed or murdered, don't know. It's still a mystery.  

Dr. Manish was a famous surgeon in the hospital. He was a young surgeon of 30 years of age. He met Dr. Mahesh 2 years ago and since then, they both were best friends. They were always together. It was rare that we could see either Dr. Manish or Dr. Mahesh. Manish blindly followed Dr. Mahesh. Even other surgeons noticed it. Dr. Kundan was his old acquaintance, he mustered up some courage and told doctor Manish, Mahesh's true intentions. Dr. Manish turned deaf eared to him. He completely ignored him. Mahesh started using him. As Manish was blindly following him, he didn't see Mahesh's true colors. Mahesh was short-tempered. Anything would say something about him, Mahesh proves himself to be a monster, particularly to that person.

It was doctor Kundan. Dr. Kundan had paid heavily for his mistake by losing his life. When he was murdered, everyone was shocked because they knew that Dr. Kundan was such a humble person, he couldn't say anything wrong about anyone. Who it could be??

Then serial killing was highlighted in the city. Mostly murders were done in the same way, giving a cut in the throat. As forensic investigations were going, it was sure that it could be some doctor, who was that expert. Even Police was confused, investigations were carried out at a Supreme level but still, there was no sign of the culprit. As police investigations were going on, slowly, Dr. Mahesh separated himself from Manish. Manish felt awkward but didn't speak anything. One day, while CCTV footage was checked out, it clearly shows that Dr. Manish was behaving somewhat weird from some days. Police doubted Dr. Manish. He was inquired but Dr. Manish couldn't reveal anything suspicious, so police left him. That day only, Dr. Manish was found dead in his bungalow- in the same way, cut in the throat. 

 As Dr. Manish died, Dr. Mahesh also died along with him. Mahesh was his best friend, his bitter half too. He overpowers his real personality and did what Manish never wanted to do.
