When we will understand?

The value of being honest, faithful and loyal;

To love and serve our motherland,

Not being betrayer or hypocritical,

When we will understand?

The dark side of evil and how virtuous is becoming good,

Being children of the same soil,

How can we forget the feeling of oneness and warmth of motherhood,

When we will understand?

To love and respect our motherland,

With gratitude to combat terrorism,

And stop violence with a heavy hand,

When we will understand?

Not being harmful to be harmonious,

Not being notorious to be magnanimous,

Despite all odds to make the country glorious,

When we will understand?

Not being awful to be delightful,

Not being whimsical to be rational,

And not being perceptual to be practical,

When we will understand?

Look at the birds and see,

We have to learn from them,

How do they reside in the nest,

But remain watchful and alert,

To ensure its security at best,

When we will understand?

Corruption, nepotism and lies,

The worst inhuman bad qualities,

That tarnishes the image of dazzling personalities,

And cripple the country's progress being hateful maladies,

When we will understand?

Our tricolour flag is the symbol of our country's pride,

Under the esteemed banner, we all reside,

A soldier's life is meaningful, dedicated and worthwhile,

He loves the country more than his loving children and beloved wife,
