Oh, my friends!

Today is "The World Heart Day "

Let us observe it, know and feel its importance this day,

The heart is the vital organ no one can gainsay,

It pumps blood to our whole body without break,

But when it stops functioning life goes away,

The heart is the source of all emotions, symbol of love, feelings and compassions,

The heart is the pool of all hatreds, cruelties, jealousness and innovative persuasions,

The heart is the measuring stick of humanity

To feel and judge others' sufferings,

A balanced diet, yoga and physical exercise,

Positive thoughts and mental peace keep the heart healthy,

But liquor, gutkhas, weeds and intoxicants

Damage the heart making filthy,

Depressions, anxieties and evil thoughts

Are the dead enemies of our heart,

Let us be cautious friends, to think positive, act positive and take its care at best.
