My body was designed to move, I feel good when
I'm active. I feel energized and refreshed. I need to move for my physical and mental well-being In fact, moving my body helps reduce anxiety because it makes my brain's "fight or flight system less reactive. It helps lower stress, but it increases my physical and mental energy. Movement increases blood flow to my brain, and this helps me think more clearly. My productivity soars when I make time to move my body, Movement can also feel meditative and helps me connect with the present moment. When I look at the word, emotion, I can see that most of the word is motion. This helps me remember that moving my body is an excellent way to help me process my emotions. Moving my body can also get me out of isolation and connect with others in a meaningful way.
