Learning to trust me helps build my confidence and resilience. It helps me feel comfortable in my own skin. Trusting myself requires me to learn how to get quiet so I can hear that still small voice inside that's there to guide me towards my soul's purpose. Trust can also mean reliability. When I follow through with commitments I've made to myself, it builds trust because I know that I can count on myself to follow through
