I Thought This Life Was Simple

I thought this life was simple,

It was a glass of champagne.

I thought this was so easy,

But I know indeed I was lazy.

I could have known its a piece of shit,

I know its cruel and I can't fit.

People changing masks all the time,

I never knew these will make me cry.

So much I realised, so much I trusted,

Finally, I was the one to be busted.

It makes me think why I am not a part of them,

I am different and I don't follow the lame.

I find everything dark in a lighted room.

I know I am here but its all a doom.

I talk aloud still not heard,

I live in this shitty world,

Where they don't say each other a good word,

I think its time for you oh, Lord,

End this up, or will end up which you can't afford.

I am not what I am.

I don't want to be the same.

I want to be the change.

Hence, those who think they are hurt,

Think they are not of any worth.

Understand there is a lot of you,

You don't know who is who,

Just be the loyal and speak the truth.

There are things you can make changes,

You cant move the mountains and ranges.

Understand that you don't have to move them,

They are there to be climbed and we have to cross them.

Let's learn to be bold and brave,

Nothing ever should take us to the grave.
