My Doll!
My Doll!
In a world of childhood dreams so fine,
There sits a cherished friend of mine,
A porcelain face with eyes that shine,
My favorite toy, is a doll divine.
With golden locks that cascade down,
In a satin dress, a rose-tinged gown,
I hold her close, and in joy, I drown,
My constant companion, my heart's renown.
I play with her all through the day,
In the meadows where we skip and sway,
Underneath the sun's warm rays,
In our enchanting, make-believe ballet.
She listens to secrets, both big and small,
Whispers of dreams, she knows them all,
In her presence, I stand tall,
My dearest doll, through every thrall.
In tea parties and adventures, we unite,
With laughter and giggles, we take flight,
In my world, she is the guiding light,
My confidante, my beacon in the night.
As time goes by, and years unfold,
My love for her, it never grows old,
In her embrace, my heart finds gold,
My favorite toy, more precious than gold.
