Being Courageous
Today I Practice... Being Courageous.
Being courageous means that even though I'm feeling scared or uncertain, I still move forward towards my goals and dreams Courage doesn't mean the absence of fear, but it does require the transformation of
fearful energy. I understand that my worries are a form of energy, and that I can harness their energy to push through those hard moments in my life. Being courageous also means connecting with the big dreams and visions I have for my life. It means being able to say yes and no to things, or
people, that don't serve me long-term. I remind myself that courage varies from person to person because we all have different fears. Courage cannot be compared and has no universal measurement. I can practice being courageous in my life and the more I do, the more confident I feel.
