Today I Practice... Taking Action.
I practice finding a balance between thinking and doing. I understand that focusing on perfection is a sign that I'm out of alignment. Perfectionism is a reminder that I may be feeling insecure. It's also a sign that I'm afraid of failing. But as the old saying goes, it's "better to try & fail than to fail to try". Taking action means I am moving energy forward. Action is a key part of the formula for fulfillment. Knowledge Potential Action = Fulfillment Taking action gets me out of my head and into my body. This helps me learn how to connect with and TRUST my instinct. Taking action is necessary for me to live a fulfilled, joyful life.
