Rekha, an employee in a firm got up early in the morning after finishing her daily routine work picked up her Mobile phone. He started watching some messages on her WhatsApp in the group.

She saw a message on his office group, in which a function was celebrated by her institute yesterday. This news was coming in a daily newspaper about the function. When she read it and thinking about it There were not the names of all staff members who co-operated for it. They were not feeling better.

Mr. Madan the deputy Manager working on this post temporarily because of seniority. And there were other employees of the same post. But all the employees were not co-operative with him due to their misunderstanding and communication gap. They did not behave properly and not respecting him.

One of the employees named Rohan did not feel good about him. Sometimes he even refuged to do any work related to the office. He did not behave properly due to some reason.

Rekha thought if as a Deputy manager, he should not do this. If he wanted his employees work better, he should be praised them for their work and gave rewards. It is human nature that was inspired and boosted by praise and motivation. Even if the other employee is against him.

He should not neglect anyone. By doing so he could not expect better from them. He should behave them properly in spite of having against him. He could get a better result by cooperation and positive thinking.

He can change an

y person if he do good for him inspite of against him. Maybe the situation will change.

It is psychologically proved if we neglect any person who was against us, in spite of it we praise and behave positively towards him he may be changed.

By thinking so Rekha asked herself " who am I " thinking about them. Because she wanted everything would be better. Both will understand each other the boss and employees.
