Early in the morning, a boy named Shama went to the meadows to graze the sheep with his father, Vir Singh, a shepherd. He had a big flock of sheep. They went to a meadow where the heard of the sheep was grazing every day.

 After reaching the meadows Vir Singh was with the heard of sheep but Shama went under the tree. It was very cold. He was shivering with cold because he had no warm clothes. His father was very poor. Now shama was thinking " Would that I had warm clothes! To keep my self warm. " 

The tree under which Shama was sitting heard his voice. The tree felt pity on the poor boy and thought to help him. It dropped fruit on the ground and it convert into a golden book. When Shama was sitting under the tree suddenly he saw a golden book. He felt very happy because he wanted to read this book. He shows it to his father.


After grazing the sheep they returned home. Shama was curious to read the book. He ate food and then he started reading the book at bed time.

When Shama opened the book he found the heading on the first page " After reading the page, tear it and put on shelf. " So after reading the book Shama tore the page and put it on the shelf. After sometime he found all the words of the page convert in to gold coins and the page attached to the book again. Shama was amazed to find gold coins.  

Then he called his father Vir Singh and mother and told about it. On seeing the gold they were very happy.
