True Love

Six years she had been completely unaware of herself and outer world. One fortunate morning she woke up from deep coma sleep. Her seven years old daughter, Nirali astounded to see her mom sitting upright on bed by herself. She looked around with expressionless face. Everything seemed new and unknown to her. 

Nirali slowly walked towards her, “Mommy…”

First time ever she heard her calling ‘mommy’. Mom looked at her with pale eyes.

As Dad heard her excitedly happy words, he hurriedly ran out from his office and sped up the escalator to the way home. His thirsty eyes were dying to see her moving. He couldn’t hold up his patience anymore. He geared up the engine with its utmost speed. As car stopped at home gate, he impatiently ran to her room.

Mother and daughter both were hugging emotionally.

He couldn’t hold his tears to see her moving. He kneeled down on floor. Her daughter helped her mom to walk near him.

In slow motion both thirsty gaze met. As distance diminished between both hands, quench of six years fulfilled in just one warm touch. In that priceless moment both longingly heart dived into the ocean of love, once again.

Seeing mommy, daddy and daughter sobbing; misery waved its hand to happiness and went out crying.
