Leadership

In most of the movies, stories and speeches. It is indirectly said that Leadership is a talent what is already there in the certain person by birth. Leadership is considered as talent rather than a skill. isn't it discrimination with hard work of the self made leader? 

Everyone has a different definition of Leadership I'll talk about mine backed with researches. A good leader has some qualities as if: 1. Influencer 2. Salesmanship. 3. Intellectual and 4. Trustworthy. 

 1. Influencer - To become an influencer is not easy. In certain field where a person wants to become influencer. he/she will have to be an expert by all means. He/ She will have to be in a state where others follow him/her. A person become role model. For example:- A baby Learn everything from everywhere. Most of the time find him/her to copy his/her father or mother. This is the part of there leaning as similar unconsciously, an aspiration employee copy his/her boss because while learning time human mind compel him/her to be influenced by a successful personality. 

2. Salesmanship - It is not about selling a product. It is about convincing your team. Most of the time a leader has to convince for those work what make him feel rude from inside but the skill is, how softly he can convince or inspire them. For example : I remember one anecdote. My father was quite strict for cleaning in his factory. once he felt cleanliness are getting down in factory day by day he speaks to labor many time but even is wasn't working. every Sunday there was holiday and labor do cocktail party which was also necessary for them to relax. One day, my father came in factory on Monday morning, I was also with him. We saw the bottles and glasses were there on floor, food chunks and after party then didn't clean the place even in the next morning. I thought my father would be burst with anger but he didn't say even a single word. He just took a broom and start sweeping. Every person who was there in the room were guilty their faces were saying. A person stopped him, apologized every person resist my father to clean factory at any cost. "on one condition I will give you that broom, if you all are committed for not doing this again." my father said. From the day I find that area clean, my father also set an real example of Leadership for me that day. 

3. Intellectual - A leader will be a leader when her has proper knowledge of certain things. No matter from where he got that knowledge from books, guru or experience. He has to be Intellectual because a team member should always work free mind without any pressure of getting failed. It will increase their productivity. As much as a team member can take benefit of the knowledge of the leader as much leader will get their respect. 

4. Trustworthy - Being trustworthy in term of becomes umbrella in hard time. The best example is also taught in world's university. Former ISRO Chairman Satish Dhawan took responsibility when an SLV-3 mission satellite headed by late President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. however, mission succeeded next year when Dhawan send Dr APJ Kalam to conduct the press conference and claim the credit. This story has become benchmark of leadership quality. it was trust of on the leader what inspire dr. Kalam to being successful next year. The trust of having someone behind me to save me from any condition .
