Chapter 1:

Jaz POV

I have to save the world from honeybees by learning the path of FIRE. I know, it's freaking crazy. Honeybees!? C'mon!

Sorry, I got ahead of myself.

To get started with, I'm Jasmine, but you better call me Jaz, or else I'll turn you into a potted plant. 

I was walking home from school with my mates, Liz and Emma, when we saw a swarm of honeybees coming out of nowhere (literally) and attacking random people on street.

'Where do all the honeybees come from?' I wondered as I ran home. Better not be stung by a bee!

'I'm home!' I announced. No answer. Mom was cooking. Lily (my sis) was on her laptop.

Huh.

I dumped my bag on the sofa and ran upstairs, in my room. I was surprised to find a drawing on my desk. I stared at it.

Lily had drawn a monkey on a crumpled piece of paper and written MY name on it. Like I was the monkey.

Anger swelled up inside me. I was going to shout at her, when the paper burned to crisp in my hands.

I dropped it and screamed.
