Chapter 1

A CALL FROM DIPSIKHA

“Hello,” I said.

“I am in a problem,” she said.

“Obviously you are in a problem. Actually your whole is a problem. Is your life is a joke to you?” I said with a jolly mood.

“Please its serious. I failed in a subject and I have to appear compartment exam.” She said.

“ So what’s wrong. Study hard and appear the exam” I said.

“I need 2500 bucks to submit my compartmental form,” she said.

“So ask your parents for money,” I said.

“ I can’t they will rip me apart.” She said.

“So what can I do?” I said.

“ Arrange money from wherever possible.” She said.

“Ok I will arrange money from wherever possible,” I said.

“How much time do I have to arrange money?” I said.

“ 3 days from now.” She said.

CHAPTER 2

MISSION MONEY ARRANGEMENT

After her call, I immediately called my friend AKASHDEEP.

“Hello,” I said.

“Hello brother. How are you.” He said.

“I am fine. Listen I need 2500 bucks immediately.” I said.

I explained everything about her problem.

“ Oh, I will try my best.” He said.

“ We have just 3 days in our hand do whatever you want but do it fast,” I said.

“ I think you have a friend who joined the business just after class 10. Ask him I think he will help you.” He said.

“ Yeah, you are right. Let me call him but you keep your best to manage the money.” I said.

CHAPTER 3

CRASHING FRIENDSHIP

Palam is my Friend who runs a business with an earning of 8 lakh per month. I thought he can help us. I called him but he didn’t answer. I called him the second time then he picked up the call.

“I know the reason why you are calling me,” Palam said.

“ Huh,” I said.

“ You need 2500 rupees.” He said.

“ Yeah. Can you help us please.” I said.

“ Dipsikha was my crush but she loved you and you loved her. You took my crush away from me. Now I will take my revenge.” He said.

Call ENDED.

I tried to call him several times but he blocked my contact.

For the next 2 days, I and Akashdeep tried our best to arrange money. But no one responded.

CHAPTER 3

DEADLINE

At 8’0 clock morning, I called dipsikha.

“Good morning Jaan. What’s up?” I said.

“Nothing. Just not feeling good.” She said.

“Why dear? What happened. Be happy, stay happy?” I said trying to make her feel good.

“How can someone stay happy with a poison bottle in her hand.” She said.

I shocked as I heard the sound of a poison bottle.

“Hey, are you mad. Don’t do anything silly. Through the bottle away” I said.

“No, I won’t do anything now. If anything does not happen by 12 AM. I will send you a final Good Bye and then the whole bottle will go down my throat.” She said.

“Something will surely happen. But please do not do anything. Please” I said and cut the call immediately.

After the call, I called Akashdeep and told him everything happened. After that, without losing any moment we put all of our energy just to manage the money.

It’s 11 PM now. AKASHDEEP was trying to call her and confess her not to do anything stupid. When I lost all my hope, I received a call from an unknown number. 

“Hello,” I said.

“ Don’t worry about the money your account will get credited in the next minute.” The person on the other side said.

“But who are you and what do you want?” I said.

“I need nothing I am always with you and I will be always with you in your every problem. When there will be no hope remaining I will help you out of the situation.” He said.

“I am just invisible energy with infinite potential.” He said and the call got cut.

In the next moment, my account got credited with 2500 rupees.

Without wasting a moment I submitted the money in the compartmental portal of the website. And finally, a message flashed on the screen 'PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL, DATE- 16/05/2020, TIME- 23:07 IST'.

I called her:—

“Its done payment successfully. Everything is OK now” I said.

Just after the moment, I heard a sound like a glass got shattered into pieces. 

“What was that?” I said.

She said – “THE POISON BOTTLE.”
