Never Gonna Love You Again

Love- the most certain thing that happens in every human being. The increased hormonal activity leads you to feel attracted to your opposite gender. And obviously I am not an exception.

In 2016, I saw a girl— spectacled, fair, medium heighted and then I fell in love, the first love of my life. But I never expected our relationship.

It was just a random Saturday in my school. And someone has to break the ice, so I started:

"Hi, I am Sahil"

"Hi, I am Dipi. Nice to meet you."

Then again a cold silence generated for a few minutes. Then I broke the ice again,

"So, tell about yourself."

She started to describe her. Well, there was nothing so special about her life. Maybe the only special thing that I felt was her eyes. The whole day we spent talking about our daily affairs.

It was 1545 hours, the school was going to end in the next 15 minutes. Suddenly she said,

"I felt so nice about talking with each other. Can we become friends?"

"Sure," I said.

From that day we became friends and our bonding improved day by day. One day we were in an empty classroom. Suddenly she said,

"I want to kiss you"

"What!!" I said

"I want to kiss you" she replied again.

That day, I experienced my first kiss. Then I said,

"can we become life partners"

"We have to," she said.

Two years of your relationship was much stable.

It was January of 2018 when I felt she was ignoring me a little. But I didn't analyze it too much. But as the days were passing by, the intensity of her ignorance was increasing. One day I asked her,

"What happened, dear? what's wrong?"

"I want to break up," she said.

"You are a very bad liar," I said.

"I am not kidding," she said.

"Why?" I said.

"I found someone better than you," she said.

At that moment I just wanted to shatter into pieces.

I walked down the corridor with a heavy heart. Once I turned back, she was still there and I said,

"Thank you for wasting 2 years. Never gonna love you again".
